Stringer is saying things like 'paramedic has just gone down the tunnel' and 'the second physio was carrying a defibrillator'. Sounds worrying but he's making sure that listeners know it was precautionary

Stringer didn't specifically say chest pains but he said he fell to the floor with no one near him and then was holding his chest and asked to be substituted.
