Grewks Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 A few months ago, a fan ran onto the pitch and hit chris kirkland, as a result the fan was banned or life. Now tonight the exact opposite happened, hazard initially pushed over the ball boy and then kicked him in the mid rift when trying to get the ball. Lets face it, the FA never has any problems ensuring double standards are enforced, so hazard will probably get a fine equating to 1% of his weekly salary and a 5 match ban. I see no difference between a fan attacking a player, or a player attacking a ball boy who is a minor. Don't get me wrong, the ball boy should not have kept it, if you watch closely though, hazard puts his hands on the back of the ball boy before he falls on the ball. Hazard pushed him over, and kicked him, simple really. At leeds away this season, in the closing stages of the game, the ball went into an empty part of the stand, and two ball boys chucked the ball to each other wasting time deliberately. I can't remember seeing a leicester player assault one of them however.
NiftyFox Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 What.A.Cvnt. You can't just lie on a football.

Carl the Llama Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Charming. Good audition for an 80's action film stooge.
Grewks Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 What.A.Cvnt. You can't just lie on a football. hazard pushed him onto the ball

NiftyFox Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 hazard pushed him onto the ball The boy went down way too easily
Grewks Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 hardly the same is it? He hasn't hurt the little twat , kirkland got a slap. The boy went down way too easily so did kirkland...
foxfanazer Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 , kirkland got a slap. so did kirkland... and the ball boy got?
Super_horns Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Personally it seemed neither the ball boy or Hazard acted well..but the latter was silly to react considering his position as a high profile footballer who should know better. Swansea as a club might find themselves in trouble if its proved they tell the ballboys to time waste.
NiftyFox Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 , kirkland got a slap. so did kirkland... The boy was looking to waste time so he went down, Kirkland wasn't wanting to go down as it was an unexpected event.
Bert Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Certainly kicked the ball. The ball boy is 17, and said he was going to time waste before the game. Claim's he's a "LAD" but I don't know many lads that cry after a ball is kicked underneath them. He's gonna get his five minutes of fame, and Hazard will get absolutely vilified for this (don't get me wrong, he shouldn't have kicked out) but the ball boy certainly isn't whiter than white.

Totally, he was weeping like a little girl... obviously a complete put on to make the incident worse. Hazard makes no contact with the ball boy. Rightly sent off but should not be vilified...
kylestyle06 Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Idiot said before the game he's gonna waste time. Deserved a kick in the teeth not in the ribs
Guest ttfn Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Hazard puts his hands on the kids back but clearly doesn't "push him over". Also, it's pretty obvious that he is trying to kick the ball from out under the ball boy, who shouldn't be lying on top of it. Don't get me wrong, Hazard shouldn't be putting himself in that position, but I can't help but feel that a lot of the hand-wringing is stemming from those taking pleasure in a chance to jump on Chelsea. The kid's behaviour was completely despicable. 17 as well, not exactly a naive little boy. The whole incident was pathetic. 3 match ban and move on.
Grewks Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 You guys are all deluded, hazard pushed him onto the floor. If i was the ball boy, i would have reacted in the same way. If i get pushed i'm not gonna just let it go by. hazard then took it another step further and kicked him. Im quite worried about the amount of people who are saying the ball boy got what he deserved, if this goes unpunished, every time the ball gets kicked into the stand and fans keep it to time waste, then every player has the right to assault the members of the crowd who have kept the ball.

Football is getting a bit ridiculous now
BoneDog Posted 23 January 2013 Posted 23 January 2013 Can't believe the ball boy time wasting And can't believe Hazard Classic
