In terms of quality Lesnar v Cena was quite poor, but watching Cena get absolutely annihilated was golden. I think WWE's intention with the WWE WHC Match was to put Lesnar over as some unbeatable, dominating beast - mission accomplished! I echo your point about Cena getting battered though, about time! Maybe see a heel turn now...

If they had Cena beating Lesnar, with Lesnar coming in on the back of beating the streak there would of been an uproar. Right winner and as I said watching Cena get annihilated was golden, only if it was a no DQ match

I still have no idea why they had Cena go over Brock at Extreme Rules in 2012 tbh, but they righted a wrong last night - total squash!

Although summerslam was the ppv in recent memory for me, WWE really doesnt seem good at the moment IMO anyway. Seems in a worse off state than this time last year, although the Brock and Cena thing has been ok. Think Bryan is being really missed currently too. And thoughts on WWE2K15 and CM Punk suing?!

I actually purchased most PPV, watched RAW every week and Smackdown more often than not, but have not watched a second since WM... May tune in if/when DB comes back but there seriously isn't enough to keep me interested anymore, and this is nearly 40 years of interest finally waning.
Grandad. Posted 8 September 2014 Posted 8 September 2014 I've not really watched a lot of recently, never watched Smackdown anyway but since WM I also haven't watched a PPV. Raw is just dragging, 3 hours is too long now. Too many heels I think and also too many matches end in disqualification. Gutted Punk won't be coming back and with no Bryan for a while I can't see myself spending much time watching the current product, I just hope they don't ruin Roman Reigns.

Just whole thing is going down hill quickly since Bryan got injured but was never great since before that. Gutted Punk is gone forever. He got me back into Wrestling and isnt the same without him. Hoping NOC is a decent PPV. Can see a Rollins cash in

Although he's marketable, I think both Ambrose & Rollins would be better for the business in the long term. Ambrose reminds me very much of Brian Pillman, his promos are intense.

Reigns getting the push is fine, but its funny that they decided to do that with the least talented of the Shield members. Mind that he does have a good look. Wish RAW could just have little timestamps where I could only watch Cesaro or Rhodes family member moments...

As much as I respect Vince, he needs to let it go and let Hunter take over full time, the company will be so much better for it.
