Barrett was getting some momentum but they put the meaningless belt back on him again which usually kills you so I'm unhopefull. Just think of how big Barrett could have been if he got that win over Cena

How good was Raw with Jericho and AJ returning! Shame paige lost the title but wad always gonna happen to Aj. And shame about BnB. Gets momentum and then Swagger injures him.

Gutted for BnB - he was really getting some good momentum and the crowd were taking to him. Triple Threat at SummerSlam, Cena v Bryan v Lesnar, can't see WWE wanting to give Lesnar the titles yet and much easier to not make him look weak than him losing in a Triple Threat, especially as he doesn't have to be in the decision. Otherwise Cena just beating Lesnar makes the streak look even weaker. Reigns v HHH. YES!

Mike the Metal Ed Posted 2 July 2014 Posted 2 July 2014 I'm usually the first to complain when Cena gets the title, but the main event scene is so weak right now that he's the only logical option. Without a substantial build, a title run would kill Bray Wyatt, Seth Rollins or Roman Reigns right now, Brock Lesnar won't be back until Summerslam and can only be a short-term solution and Sheamus or Randy Orton would just be terrible.
