Reckon I'll be banned before 150 posts?

I reckon if NP does get sacked, Babylon might ban me out of spite.

Does he wield such great power ?

I enjoy my job when things are going smooth but it is physically and mentally demanding being responsible for people with various attitudes and problems etc commonplace in management though.

The plus points are varying shifts (can't stick to one set pattern) and a fair amount of time off outside of busy periods, plus the people around me are a good bunch in general and we have a laugh.

I'm enjoying my current stint with a well-known and big production company.

The job is limited to about two weeks of work only for the moment, but I do hope I can get something out of it for later.

I love it because every day is different. You have certain tools at your disposal, but working in the background for commercials, for instance, is highly people-oriented and you need to keep everybody informed at the same time. People management comes in handy, as does a high tolerance level for stressful situations or cases that need a quick solution.

What motivates the most, though, is that you're helping to create a product that has not been seen before.

And I get to meet people from all over the place and, if you're lucky, you also get to travel across the globe yourself.

When you manage to pull something of collectively, when you form a special bond with the other people working with you, it's really satisfying. Unfortunately, it's a business for hired guns which means only a few people work for the same company for a longer period of time; basically, it's all project-based and once you're done with the job, you ought to already start a new one. And that can be somewhere completely different.

That is one thing I love about my job. It has an end, and then I start again on something else somewhere else and it is completely different, sometimes better sometimes worse but always with an end in sight.

I enjoy my job a good 80% of the time i'd say. I work too hard and reckon I should get paid more but maybe that's just me being a dick.
