Guest ttfn Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Are you into reverse psychology or just a negative ****er? How am I being negative?!!! It's just an observation. I've not said its been a poor team performance, I've not said we deserve to be behind, I've just said that there is one glaring area for improvement. shearfox Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 talking crap. He'll set our second up I hope I am wrong, Nugent has been fantastic but it is clear his form has been pretty bad recently.
cc_star Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Nugent needs to come off, so out of form... So out of position. Never seen him do anything away from being left side of a front two. Did a good defensive job at Brighton last week, but is usually poor wide left in a front 3... And as for wide right to accommodate Wood? Total joke Gallagher could be there

bluesbrothers Posted 12 April 2013 Author Share Posted 12 April 2013 Anyone notice that half of their players have squashed faces?
Kitchandro Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 I think Wood's doing well considering he's woefully out of position.

shearfox Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 This formation is working, Nugent has had chances and just been unable to take...
Stinkenzo Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Think we need to start falling over more, seems to be the only reason the ref chooses to blow for a free kick
Kitchandro Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 But that's irrelevant from a team perspective. I'm not saying it isn't. I think we're playing well though, certainly in comparison to what we've been seeing.
Guest ttfn Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Drinkwater is not playing like a cvnt tonight, which is cause for celebration. King also looking good. No idea why Morgan isn't marking Zigic - mental.

I'll settle for the lead and the win. Knocky and Marshall had their chances during this bad run and Gally doesn't deserve one. Wood has been doing okay - he's not playing to beat people, he's getting the long ball and feeding the middle and then swapping in occasionally. Vardinhio Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 To be honest I'm dissapointed with Schlupp, his first touch is poor and I think he would be a lot better served swapping with Wood.
Col city fan Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 For all those bemoaning the missed chances, at least we are making chances, which is important. Brum don't look a bad side to me. Redmond being particularly tricky. Could go either way this I think.
BoneDog Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Anyone who had a bet on over 11 corners is sitting pretty. Must be on 10 already.
theessexfox Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 Playing alright, but missing so many chances, I can only see it going one way.... and that won't please anyone on here. Schlupp seems devoid of quality...

Agreed, at the end of the day 3 points is all that matters. In my opinion we'd have more chance of that with a winger on the wing. Call me old fashioned. Aus Fox Posted 12 April 2013 Share Posted 12 April 2013 We look a far better team when we get the ball down on the floor and pass it around. Not our best half of the season but could be 3 or 4 up easily. Strong second half required Brum still look dangerous. But come on lads lets give it all and take the 3 points
