I picked one winner and a decent 10/1 place, but they count for nothing as I had them in a big accumulator that I was just being greedy with and knew wouldn't win anyway, bit of a Lamby bet tbh. Should have gone for Dawn Approach/Leutenant Miller E/W Double. Hindsight and wonderful thing though and if it was as easy as that we'd all be rich and betting wouldn't be betting!

Paddy has given me a free £2 bet for tomorrow so put it on Dank 15.05 4/1 & Montiridge 14.30 5/1. Double to win.

I reckon Red Cadeux is a good e/w bet in the same race @ 20/1 My early selctions which may change are; 2.30 - Montridge. 3.45 - Camelot/Red Cadeux(e/w). 4.25 - Elusive Time. 5.00 - Beldale Memory. 5.35 - Woodland Aria. Not sure how i'll bet them, reckon I may go back to backing them in singles, I reckon it was more effecive than doing all these Lucky 15's and Patient/Trixies i've been doing recently, but then again i'll see a Lucky 15 slip, think that will win me more (Which it will if all selections win) and end up betting on a Lucky 15

Matt Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 Not had a bad day today so far, had a 26/1 double come in with the first 2 races. Had a couple of E/W's come in. Before the 4.25 I was getting a little excited as I put a Tote Placepot on and I had got 3 winners (Places) out of 6, in the 4.25 I was on Stirring Ballad he didn't place so that's shot that down in flames, although the bet was very unlikely to win anyway I must say when you get 3 out of 6 you start thinking, maybe, just maybe. (You watch the next 2 selections win or place now, then I really will be gutted) Oh well, better day than yesterday. And just incase those 2 selections that are left on placepot do win I might put a quid or two on them in a double which pays 54/1, It'd be nothing like what i'd get paid out on the placepot but i'd soften the blow slightly.
