I cannot grind out a win at all in the league, lost 5 on the bounce, just got beaten by Wigan who are bottom of the league and that was their first league win! But in the EURO Cup I'm unbeaten and absolutely smashing the competition. The game doesn't make sense. My team is quite unbelievable. Got some absolute quality in all departments but when It comes to actually playing with each other they are absolutely awful! Every one on one is missed, set pieces are shit, and concede mostly every ****ing time the opposition attack. **** this game.

It's BS. I come across teams where there strike force are laughable but they soon show my strike force how to put the ball in the net. I know this is just a game but it's really pissing me off now

Dan Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Never known anything like this. I've lost my opening 5 yet I'm 17th Complete change in formation for me as it's clear in this one we're absolutely horrendous defensively. My goalkeeper is also wank.
Beliall Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 10 games in charge, won 6 lost 1/ end of season now, dragged them up to 7th in the end, got 7.5 transfer kitty and knocky is a free agent..... in typical FM style, im getting blamed for the side poor season, even though i only had 10 games in charge

Can you improve 'composure' through training? yeah plus I guess if they're young you can get them tutored by someone with higher composure (and determination as I've learnt in previous pages of this thread )

Beliall Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 i was job hunting a loooong time. i finally decided id have to give in at some point. i play at higher tempo already, the play looks direct, 3 or 4 passes and a goal in most cases, but they are still unhappy in that department

Barca aren't even doing that well but Neymar has nearly three times as many dribbles and twice as many crosses as any other player on the planet...?? You sit a player or two on him, get them to drop off, cut out the supply and yet he still seems to go wider than you can set your players to track! Arghhhhh

I used to stand off players with 17+ quickness rating, but now the game's telling me I need to mark them tightly. As in; "Eden Hazard is pulling all the strings out there and needs to be marked tightly" Anyone know what's best?

Dominating possession and creating a lot more chances than the opposition, it gone me so annoyed I started a new game with Wolves. How can anyone not win the league with them? Well I certainly can't played five and I've yet to win and my team really can't score. Yet when they're offside they can score? I think I'm just really bad at the game. I just seem to never be able to score but I create a lot more chances and just dominate the game. I played 4-2-3-1 with Liverpool and 4-4-2 with Wolves. Both the same. I'll be Man City and I still wont win.

Fox92 Posted 12 April 2014 Posted 12 April 2014 Getting back into this now I've finished my assignments. Literally haven't played in a month. Now I know the reason, just started my new season with the fixtures Chelsea (A), Manchester United (H), Manchester City (A), Everton (A) and Liverpool (H)!! Somehow managed to get out of those five games with six points which isn't too bad. Won at Goodison for the first time, like ever.
