Last season he scored 34 goals in 29 apps .. so far this season hes got 15 goals in 12 apps. Even at U21 level he has 14 goals in 12 apps. GOAL MACHINE!!

Safe to say i sacked my U21 coach.... (not beagle i made him my assistant ..)

I had a group of youth candidates come through before a u19 Champions League Final with Sparta Prague and my coach ditched the guys that had got them there and played most of the youth candidates, and out of position.

Haa fair enough... in fairness the team is bottom of the league on 8pts and leaking goals like nobody's business so it was time for a change anyway I reckon.

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 March 2014 Posted 10 March 2014 Ever since you mentioned this I've kept an eye out. I 'made' a substitution in the 78th minute. Confirmed it. Play went on for a few mins which is understandable. Opponents make a sub in 83rd min. Where's my sub? Why is my guy not coming on? Comes on in 86th minute instead?! What's up with that? Luckily it had no bearing on the result, but it's a frustrating thing with the game! Im glad you've confirmed it and it's not just me. I even pause the game while on subs screen no help. This game really pisses me off. Why I concede so many with 4-2-3-1 I don't kmow it's like every highlight for the opposition is a goal.

The highlighted ones. But at a much slower pace because, obviously, they're having to do more at once.

Got 30 days to play, going to explore the transfer market for freebies. If I dont think I can make top 3 I'll go. Already turned down contract talk on the basis of no more wages.

Possibly pick up a couple of freebie gems if you're lucky But if the Chairman won't budge about the wage budget, I would look to try and see what jobs are available. Hopefully a 'Tycoon' will want to take over the club so wage and transfer budgets won't be a problem for ya

Beliall Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Its disgusting what they ask for. As far as im concerned they all underachieved for me, I told them I want promotion at the start of the season 9th is a disgrace, how dare you ask me for 1.1k when you're on £325.
Buzzell Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 I think it also depends on what sort of agent they have because it's usually them who push for bigger wage demands. I always knock them down until they accept. If a player is worthy of a decent wage, I won't bother negotiating, but if it's for a bit-part player, I negotiate to as far low wage I can. If he doesn't budge, I don't bother.

Brainy Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 April 2064 now, resigned as Sporting manager after 6 years last summer finishing 2nd behind Porto. Have Czech Republic and Holland leagues still open, Benfica offered me a job but wasn't interested. Still hoping for Ajax when jobs become available this summer (World Cup year). Hopefully won't be tempted back for a 3rd spell at Sparta

Beliall Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Took a job with gwangju in the k league challenge. 3 months till the season starts and I have to shave 10 k off the wages to get to level budget. I took it purely because it would raise my rep some more, hoping to return to a second tier european club in 2 or 3 seasons
