These are young people who may have been in care homes, seen domestic break ups, suffered abuse and now living in an hoster or down market private housing. They are taking part in something that enables them to gain new skills and confidence jn order to strive to improve their lives. That is positive as far as I'm concerned and I expect many will see it like that too. I don't want to dwell too much on this aspect on it though which is why I started the topic here. Also the topic has been overdone in General Chat and I wanted to avoid it.

Mexico were ranked no. 1 so no surprise losing to them. There might be live streaming to some games. Switzaland V Hungry is on now. Links on the results page. Looks like they only have a camera on pitch 1 england are on 3 just kicked off. It was the womens team that lost 15-1 to Mexico. They play at 6pm. The men just lost 8-0. An improvement.

We can't have that many homeless people then. Well they can't take all of them. Some matches are four a side. I think it's the taking part and motivation and confidence building more than anything. And of course depending on how generous sponsors are.

Who picks them up and buries them etc. Imagine its not the binmen. Do down and out help out with this? I sincerely hope it's funded by charity and not the taxpayer.
