Royston. Posted 21 August 2013 Share Posted 21 August 2013 how great would it be for your downstairs bathroom to be in the same spot where Bergkamp scored THAT goal.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 21 August 2013 Share Posted 21 August 2013 I would rather have Filbert Street than our current stadium. It was a tragedy we left it, along with all it's memories and history.
Leicesterpool Posted 21 August 2013 Share Posted 21 August 2013 I was kinda hoping it would be turned into a nice park, with benches, statues, fountain also another memorial garden. Weller Way would be a good name for one street.

ozleicester Posted 22 August 2013 Share Posted 22 August 2013 Lineker Lane Akinbiyi Avenue Grayson Grounds Walshy Way . Cottee Crescent Lineker Lane - Great area, and offers great investment returns, but you have to move out before your ready Akinbiyi Avenue - Overpriced area, youll never make your money back buying here. Grayson Grounds - Quiet unassuming area, homes here will increase in value and always provide good results. Walshy Way - Great value homes but a tough area, this is a spot for the grown ups. Cottee Crescent - Doesnt look like the best area, but once you buy here, youll never regret it. All located on "Martin in the Fields" - youll wish you never left. Loggy88 Posted 22 August 2013 Share Posted 22 August 2013 So many happy moments dwn at Filbert Street, loved the place, sad to see it go but I suppose it was going to happen eventually. But I do love the KP as well. Even though it can't recreate the old atmosphere of Filbo.
separator Posted 22 August 2013 Share Posted 22 August 2013 A bit late now but they could have done what they did at Highbury. Keep the stadium and convert it into a square and flats.
Jace Posted 22 August 2013 Share Posted 22 August 2013 Would have been great if it still existed in flats like Highbury although the Double decker stand was rotten, the east and north stands due to their size would probably have had to been coverted into either garden sheds or garages and the Carling stand was just a 7 year old steel frame. Isn't their a few stadiums now in the Country where theres apartments built in the gaps between the stands? They would be decent for fans would save loads on season tickets

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 22 August 2013 Share Posted 22 August 2013 A park, with a Leicester City museum within, would be good.
