Legend_in_blue Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 All decent Sony exclusives are out next year. The shareplay function is excellent, at least it was when I gave a mate a game over fifa. I don't think it would matter if Driveclub worked perfectly, it'd still be a dud game.

If you hated the adverts you're probably not going to love the game. It does pretty much what it's advertised as doing. Daft, offensive humour, crazy guns, a lot of action, daft humour. Like a mix of the old south park fps, jet set radio and mirrors edge. In a world of games that take themselves too seriously, are largely boring, linear and obsessed with AAA set pieces it's a breath of fresh air. It's just genuinely fun.

I have a mates with xbox's and some with PS4's and there is the usual banter between all of us. just lately, for the same reasons more or less as you have written, the xbox lads seem to get the last word in . Microsoft seem to be listening to their customers at long last... I hope that Sony don't have many if any issues with the consoles dept because they are keeping MS on their toes with development etc which I don't see the likes of other console (steam, Nintendo) makers doing any time soon. Nor me a strong sony or xbox brand is good for the other. I have made the decision and will trade, in my mind the xbox one is the more complete gaming system, the only exclusive in my mind that i will be missing out on the PS4 is the order, on the xbox one there is FH, Sunset, Quantum break and halo collection that i would buy straight away.

I've not got an xbone but I saw the "live action trailer" and it pissed me off for some reason

Hmm disagree, FH2 is excellent and far better than any racer on the PS4, the Xbone does have its fair share of FPS but so does the PS4. I have to be honest the only game i have truly enjoyed on my PS4 is the last of us and that is a last gen game. The raging debate about the PS4 being more powerful is pointless, seen Destiny on a PS4 and Xbox one and could not tell the difference.

The actual difference between 1080p and 900p is pretty non existent

Resolution is important to me but achieving 60fps should be the main goal. Luckily the PS4 can handle both in most cases, although it's a big shame that the PS4 is being artificially handicapped in some games by the Xbox One's lack of performance.

This is the case with the upcoming release of AC Unity - locked at 900p on both consoles. I think its just the fact some people(Xbox related & certain gaming sites etc) pushed the whole resolution/looking better thing last gen...and now that the PS4 has better graphics etc....its a case of "it dont resolution and that" anywho....if people want top notch graphics get a top of the line PC.
