I am embarrassed that I am even replying to this thread, the question is the sort of thing you'd think was clever at primary school.

 

It has to be your eyes because the first sentence clearly states "3:00 am, the doorbell rings and you wake up" therefor your eyes would be the first thing you open, though I suppose if one were a complete pedant it's be your eye lids (not your ears as that is merely an idiom)
