biggs Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Nothing but a win home or away now for me. All teams should fear us when fighting for whatever they're fighting for.
Lionheart Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Just been down the ground to get ticket for Tuesday and overheard lad behind the counter telling a bloke that they had sold the allocation for tomorrow and been given an extra 500.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Just been down the ground to get ticket for Tuesday and overheard lad behind the counter telling a bloke that they had sold the allocation for tomorrow and been given an extra 500.Sounds positive then
stb1996 Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 That Conway bloke seems decent, good pace and a very good cross on him, but I think the defensive ability of RDL and Schlupp's pace should handle him Settle down early, play our game and go for the jugular 3-0 (Vardy, James and Nuge pen) UTF
yorkie1999 Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Anyone know how long it takes to get to Blackburn and where to park. Thanks.
Mark_from_USA Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Watched Blackburn and Burnley. Every Burnley possesion toward the end was a chinese fire drill for the Blackburn defenders. They will not cope with our attack very well. On the attack, their main weapon seemed to be long throws, which they did at least 6 or 8 times. They may score a goal from Jordan Rhodes and a moment of brilliance, but they will not mount a sustained attack. As for us, if we are clinical we will win going away. 2-1 City.

Judging by last saturday, we don't like long throws. Schmeichel's a little bit flappy in that department
TheStig Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Why the fvck would anyone take a draw against this shite? totally agree - why the caution all of a sudden. WE are effing flying at the moment and THEY should be wary of us - not the opposite!!!
Istilllovefilbert Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 According to the stats on BBC, we haven't won there since 97, 4-2. (Last game of season I think). The meetings between us has ended with a home win since. We seem to be breaking a lot hoodoos this season, but I would take a draw now. This game bothers me.

Vlad the Fox Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Anyone know how long it takes to get to Blackburn and where to park. Thanks. Sat nav and route finder saying just over 2.5 hours. Apparently businesses open up their car parks on branch road for about £5 and the Uncle Jack pub is also on branch road. This is from a Blackburn fan in the Blackburn away thread in the tickets and away matches section.

Mark_from_USA Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 What is a 'Chinese firedrill'? Sorry its a bit of a rude comparison. It means running about trying desperately to accomplish something, in this case keeping Ings and Vokes out of the net.
Socks Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Just play the same way we have for the whole season Pace, power, control and confidence and well get something outta it No need to fear them at all
Guest Col city fan Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Does ANYONE think we might come a Roy Cropper tomorrow?
TJB-fox Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Conway is bang average seen him loads for Cardiff! Only looked good against us for Brighton because we were playing Wasilewski fullback! RDL should have him, and will Gestede be playing? Seems to always play well against us
Buce Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Sorry its a bit of a rude comparison. It means running about trying desperately to accomplish something, in this case keeping Ings and Vokes out of the net. Oh, right, thanks. Is that an American expression?
Mark_from_USA Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Oh, right, thanks. Is that an American expression? Originally British, but adopted by us Yanks during our wars!
Buce Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Originally British, but adopted by us Yanks during our wars! Interesting etymology; thanks for the link.
dedlock Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 The threat of Rhodes is if he gets a chance....cut off the supply, James and Drinky will be key. This fixture last year showed me what NP was building. There was a magnifiicent headed goal from Vardy wrongly ruled offside from a cross by Anthony..Blackburn had a blatantly offside goal allowed .Time to right the wrongs and turn the tables
AnotherShitSeason Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Does ANYONE think we might come a Roy Cropper tomorrow? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
