God that will be an anti climax, especially for me as I'll be in North Wales by 2pm on Saturday surrounded by United and Liverpool 'fans'

It would be a bigger piss-take from $ky than them moving our second half of the season last year to midweek IMO. A moment we've been waiting eleven years for and it's been given the ultimate water down because $ky pissing Sports want a few more viewers. Absolute joke.

Not if Derby win.

Good point that actually. Forgot about them.

Agreed.

I don't even think it was necessarily bias just plain and utter incompetency. I'm sure Schmeichel won't be too pleased to see him after that ridiculous sending off which cost us a win there.

I was absolutely astounded to see that he had been refereeing at Premiership level since then and he frequently pops up having decisions that he has made analysed. Not too long ago Savage Tweeted saying he was the worst referee that had ever officiated one of his matches and that he too was dismayed that the guy was working at the top level.

Let's see what tomorrow night brings!

The penalty was never a penalty, how anyone could see deliberate handball from that I will never know. Schmeichel booked for something very trivial and then sent off for kicking the ball away - by 'away', it was closer to the centre circle than where he was, so that was an absolutely ridiculous card as well.

To sum it up Schmeichel's replacement blows it for their equaliser. Total, total shit from him.

It's a good job he ended up dropping a league or two, he now referees in... oh, the Premier League.

Astounding.

That said, isn't it just nailed on we now get a dubious penalty tomorrow lol

I reckon a low score draw. Wigan are coasting now aware they have the playoffs and a cup semi final to prepare for. We will protect the unbeaten record.

I think a draw is the most likely outcome but :fc: a Leicester win

be about 2.5k there if that figure is right so far then

fair effort for a rearranged midweek game with shite trains and no pubs.

i was thinking we would be taking around 3.5K, going to be 2,600 empty seats :/

Like others have said a lot of away fans have made 2 trips to the north west recently (Blackburn and Burnley) it's over 2hrs travel away etc etc

I would love to go but I've got no money and looking after my 14month old daughter whilst my wife does a night shift

All I'm saying buddy is it's bloody hard for a lot of fans to get for various reasons so 2200 plus isnt that bad really?

2,200 is very decent not many clubs in this division would take that following probably only Leeds would beat us but apart from that cannot see the likes of the Sheepshaggers and the Redshite taking that very commendable!

SOLD 2,200 TICKETS, AWFUL!

Like others have said.

- 3 Aways in 10 Days, all to the same part of the country.

- Tuesday night.

- 2 hour drive for people living in Leicester, maybe longer for others.

- Most would've prioritised Blackburn and Burnley

- Money, obviously.

- Not everyone can put football first like a 15 year old can.

Very very decent numbers, very much looking forward to it. Definitely not awful.

I think this game will be a draw. 1-1

Then we'll go on to smash Wednesday on Friday.

We bossed them at home.  They are not really in the form they were a couple of games back.  Meanwhile we want to get the job done and are approaching games very professionally.  We will not take our foot off the gas.  I think a 2-1 win sounds about right here.

Unfortunately due to our fantastic defeat of Burnley ,Tuesday night is not as crucial as we thought it might be , Nigel's even hinting about swapping the team around! If we lose we still will probably get promotion next Tuesday night , so 2,500 fans going to Wigan is a pretty good turnout!!
