Think the backroom staff have a big role to play today in getting everyone in right place mentally. There was an air of 'we've done it' after Saturday's victory. We haven't not quite. Focus required for a tricky fixture. Couple of fresh faces might be a good shout. We know NP likes a settled side, but I think freshening it up with one or two who are desperate to get back in the side might just encourage everyone to continue to perform at their best. Think Wood will start. Possibly with 2 changes in midfield - one central, one wide. That's three more changes than we normally see, although one is forced.

Yea 100% agree. I think we know that Nigel is an expert at this though. He surely won't let any complacency slip in. Not now.

I'd rest Knocky, Was and one of the CMs. Also Vardy injured so Wood will come in.

4 changes with Dyer, Moore, Wood and King coming in is what I'd want.

We're going to lose 5-0 tonight and after the match Nige is going to come on to the pitch and shout APRIL FOOL!

gotta say i'm looking forward to this. pressure almost completely off, two good footballing sides both in good form (well wigan have tailed off in their last 2 or 3 but over the last 10 games or so).

think it'll be a high scoring draw, 2-2. knocky to get a deserved goal.

Will be perfectly happy with a draw, will be wanking vigorously if we won!

SOLD 2,200 TICKETS, AWFUL!

Not awful in my opinion. It's a midweek game, people have other important commitments, such as work and family, and the last thing on their mind will be travelling to Lancashire on a Tuesday night.

Granted we would have filled out on a Saturday but football isn't the main priority in everybody's life.

As long as we don't lose. I want Youngy to be able to run onto the pitch after Doncaster and cup his ears at the crowd in every direction.

Leave work in half and hour and should hopefully be in Wigan for about 6:15.

The ONE good thing about living in North Wales is that I'm only an hour from Wigan.

Personally, I'd like us to keep the same side but Pearson has hinted towards changes so I really wouldn't be surprised to see Dyer and King/Hammond come in.

How do we feel about this? Personally think he's a bit out of order.

Not really, at the moment he's a Wigan player, and he'll want his current club to come out on top. If we had played Arsenal in the cup and Miquel came out and said he thinks we have enough to win, that wouldn't be a problem. It's likely seeing his current form there (a few goals, a load of assists and a regular place) that he might sign for them at the end of the season anyway.

Shame I can't make it for this one, but it would have stretched my travel budget, anyway.

Would've loved to go to the JJB Stadium as one more venue to tick off my list. Oh well, there's always next season.

I imagine Pearson making a couple of changes for this one. Wood up front alongside Nugent and maybe a different CM pair in the middle for once.

And Moore a starter, perhaps?
