Bert Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 Or is it always against us that players seem to score their first goal against? Whether it be career, season or for their team? In recent weeks, Kilgallon, Ramis and Kiernan have done so.
Out Foxed Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 i have noticed that over the years. i think it just sticks in your mind due to the novelty of it.
StanSP Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 And ex-players love to score against us, too. Or maybe that's jsut me too because as the poster above says, the novelty tends to stick out more?
bluebeau Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 It's probably because we are suckers & so easy for novices to score against. We need a complete new back 4 & get Pearson out!!! Billy Davies is available sign him up!
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 Every goal we have conceded this season is when the fans have been singing "up the football league / here we go". I've heard from a very good source that half the team think it's "up the football here we go" and the rest think it's " up the football league we go". During set pieces the players argue and converse about it and switch off from the game, this my friends is the real reaskn why we never score from set pieces and why we always concede from them. Apparently the team is divided into 2 gangs, one is headed by drinkwater, they are called the "Hasselbainks', the opposition group is headed by Logan (this is the real reason why he never leaves for footballing reasons - he's too powerful)
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 Also whenever strikers are on massive goal droughts it's us they break it against!!

VLC86 Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 So basically, the day we line up against Leon Crnic sell your house and wack the lot on him to score.
Stadt Posted 2 April 2014 Posted 2 April 2014 I'm actually starting to think ÄŒrnÄiÄ was some elaborate tax evasion scheme rather than an actual person.
Bert Posted 12 April 2014 Author Posted 12 April 2014 Watching Soccer Saturday - Lingards goal for Brighton was his first for them apparently.
