broughtonblue Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Did any thing happen at the end of the match at the bottom of L block on Tuesday? From where I was sitting it looked like something was kicking off between quite a few fans and stewards, any ideas?
AKCJ Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 The fans wanted a little dance about singing "we are going up", similar scenes to the Anderlecht fans. Unfortunately the club think that our fans (unlike our boozed up Belgian buddies) are dangerous grass thieving psychopaths so decided to try and push them back into the stands and created unneeded chaos. The long and short of it, the stewards should have kept a watchful eye while the celebrations went on but the club did everything in it's power to subdue the celebrations. As someone said on another thread; #StartThePartyWhenTold
Dan Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 didn't even occur to me about Anderlecht. It really does say it all.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 I can confirm that no sandwich bags were harmed in all of this.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 So many people obsessed with pitches, why don't you take up landscape gardening
LMlcfc Posted 11 April 2014 Posted 11 April 2014 Unnecessary action from the club again, telling you to " start the party" and then ban everything. You try and do. Useless
lgfualol Posted 11 April 2014 Posted 11 April 2014 I dread to think of what a few pairs of Nike airs would have done to our pitch *shudder*
promised land Posted 11 April 2014 Posted 11 April 2014 I dread to think of what a few pairs of Nike airs would have done to our pitch *shudder* I'd never go on for fear of getting grass stains on my new Adidas Sambas, those white soles are staying white.
Stadt Posted 11 April 2014 Posted 11 April 2014 I dread to think of what a few pairs of Nike airs would have done to our pitch *shudder*I think it's the bouncing up and down that causes the problem.
