Babylon Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 http://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bms5KRCIYAAThg2.jpg#twimg Looks amazing for the last game... And looks rather like the Thai Flag!
Stadt Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 The usual pattern is better, at least it's not like Southampton's from the other week
Libertine Dream Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 I swear they always do a different pattern for last game
Beliall Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 something to do with how they cut it https://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20061216100109AAJm89z
Guest Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 You can do it on your own garden with any normal mower. Pitch did look in great health though.
blueonyou Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 To be fair, this is ****ing unreal at Stoke. Just high contrast/exposure. Can be done with some photoshop fiddling
katieakita Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 To be fair, this is ****ing unreal at Stoke. Grass is bound to be good at Stoke, the ball is never on it, HOOOOF!!
kingpower84 Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 It felt nice aswell but guess it took a hammering today was saying to my pals how good the pitch looked proper prem pitch
Vlad the Fox Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 I know they water the pitch but did anyone feel how wet it was and how firm it was.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 how do they do those patterns? Probably used a couple of mowers, a smaller one for the thinner stripes, the grass will be cut the same height and the pattern is created by mowing / rolling in different directions. Its the way the light reflects off the grass. If your at one end of the ground looking down a lighter shaded stripe then that same stripe will be the darker stripe to a person looking from the opposite end. The Ground-staff did an amazing job, the pitch looked top draw.
