FantasticMrFuchs Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 After initial problems with the website, I got on twice yesterday to look at seat availability. Got down at 7am, brought 6 in SK1, out by 10:30
Buzzell Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 i think the owners should have banged up the prices for all these new boys think they pay about 30quid more than normal season ticket holders I won't be suprised if they bump it up to more next year the greedy bleeders :top: :vichai:
Buzzell Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 Sold out according to phone message. Not great if you've made 30+ attempts and not even got in the phone queue. Total **** up on LCFC's part if you want to pay by DD. Basically the attitude is 'if you can't come to the ground and queue then tough shit, try next season'... I don't know what you're moaning about! Ringing 'em up worked for me. :Nigel:
sdb Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 This will annoy people massively but (not knowing any of this at the time) I bought a ST online at 2:25 this afternoon. Am I gonna get an email soon saying 'no deal'??!
Mapperleyfox Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 I don't know what you're moaning about! Ringing 'em up worked for me. :nigel: Got one in the end, by pure luck, online at 3pm after they'd said SOLD OUT
StanSP Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 Just went to the stadium and there was no queue! Went straight in, got served by a very helpful member of staff. Bought 2 season tickets with no hassle at all. I know they said Sold Out yesterday, but there's no harm in trying. if you don't ask, you don't get.

Deucalion Posted 30 May 2014 Posted 30 May 2014 Renewed my season ticket today. While there, I asked what would happen to STs which people didn't renew. The lad behind the counter said there hasn't been a decision on this yet, but they could just be sold as day tickets.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 Renewed my season ticket today. While there, I asked what would happen to STs which people didn't renew. The lad behind the counter said there hasn't been a decision on this yet, but they could just be sold as day tickets. To be fair, I doubt the lad behind the counter will be privy to the discussions because you can bet for damn sure that the club do know what will be done with them. Either that or the staff have been told not to give anything away but that's a risky approach to take from the retail management. Not that it bothers me - I've already renewed! =-)
broughtonblue Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 Hope I've renewed, did it when the newbies all got theirs as I was relocating, still not showing up on my purchase history on lcfc direct, just showing last years as the last ticket I bought!

Raj Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 You must have got email confirmation..id be worried if you didn't. I did mine last week and got an email almost instantly
Guest Papasmurf Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 I don't recall getting an email but I was sent my card receipt for the 3 I bought.
nlukka Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 I didn't get a receipt and it's not showing on my order history either. However, I did check the Direct Debits section on LCFC Direct and the payment schedule for 2014/15 is showing, so perhaps you could try looking for that?
Agent Fox Posted 31 May 2014 Posted 31 May 2014 Renewing mine tomorrow. So today was fun... Three of us went down to renew our ST. We were at the back of J3 but were told a month ago that we had to relocate as the club were extending the gantry for TV cameras, the bloke said he had reserved three seats elsewhere in J3 and all we had to do was go down and pay. After speaking to the ticket office staff it became clear that the three seats 'reserved' for us had been sold to someone else, leaving no seats in J3, K1 or L1... the alternative was to sit in J1 and towards to the Kop. After a good 30 mins of arguing the toss and tearing pieces into the management structure at the ticket office (no manager, nobody has the manager's details, nobody has the details of the manager's manager and so on..) we were allowed to renew seats that no longer exist and hope that nobody renews in K1 or L1 or face being moved to somewhere with any atmosphere and where everybody remains seated. Balls up!

Balls up! Made me laugh that did. I feel your pain. If you are forced to move from your desired area then may I suggest you relocate to SK1. There's a supporter's group located in upper SK1 that all stand and there are lots of unaffiliated standers too. I imagine that many N Block standers will have moved to SK1 as security in the family stand has been tightened and it is so hard to get in L/K. It's a pretty up-and-coming area of Filbert Way if you're used to L/K but the more people like you the faster the process will be. I hope it all sorts itself out for you but there's a potential plan b. When You're Smiling

I did mine last week and got an email almost instantly Rang ticket office to try to calm my worries, they said I had renewed, even quoted my new seat no. Just that the club were slow on updating their online site!Well there's a surprise!
