Although if you've got a link I'll read it It disagrees with most of what I said but it was a good piece. I couldn't find it when I looked just now but search for Simon Burnton as he wrote it. My point was pretty explicitly referring to the pressure involved in refereeing that particular game, or one of that magnitude, speed and quality, but I don't want to get into that again now.

I'll have a look. He had no problem reffing the dutch Brazilian quarter final four years ago so struggle to see why anyone would think that. But if you don't want to get into it fair enough
