frustration at our own fans

Recommended Posts

i am a 23 year old man, ive had 9/10 season tickets, ive been there for the highs and lows of recent years but this year as much as it pains me ive not seen us play yet, but half the people i no that are leicester fans are going to the games every week, they are so fickle its unreal, i am so proud of what weve acheived this year already but most arent happy, i wish i could have there tickets the ****in morons, we are doing well, just enjoy it ffs!

Get off your high horse. People are entitled to be frustrated after last week and especially today. We threw away 2 points today through a lack of effort. Beating United has gone to our heads and suddenly our squad seem to think they are all as big as Lionel Messi. Think we need a reality check and get back to how we were playing a few weeks ago. Today was unacceptable against an awful Burnley

no i completely agree with your point, but more than our players think we are the next big thing our fans are expecting so much every week, yes today was bad but we arent doing as bad as people are making out, my point is try not to be so negative about everything its not all bad

Your entitled to your opinion Dave but there's some of us that have seen a lot more than you pal. Today wasn't the worst and wasn't the best. We all have to remember we have come all come along way in the last few seasons. please explain 'fickle' to me in your own words. Cheers

People aren't saying we are doomed. The frustration has only come about in the past fortnight, because of two extremely poor performances. We aren't expecting miracles, but we have all seen how we can play and what we are capable of. With that in mind, when we are then subjected to such a performance today, people are gonna be pissed. Such a waste.

I am a 42 year man who likes romantic walks on the beach and has full gas central heating.

The fans could've been worse to be honest.  It was a very lacklustre performance and it still leaves a huge question mark hanging over how well we will cope with teams around us this year.

Hopefully Newcastle are a big enough name for our players to bring their A game along.

well as an example when i log on to  my facebook theres about 8-12 people i no that are moaning about todays game that are now season ticket holders, when ive spoken to them in the past they have never been bothered about leicester at all. 2 of them were man united fans a few years back

Always looks bad when somebody calls other fans morons then spells like this..

Fair enough Dave but choose ya words carefully on here or u will be shot down pal. For me it's all about opinions and there is no right or wrong answer...it wasn't all down to him but for me kasper is to blame for all the past 4 goals but hey, that's just my opinion ;) cheers

I'm as positive as they come but just because we have picked up great results against big sides it does not mean today is anything other than a big dissapointment

Nigel and his staff will view it exactly the same. The 5-3 against Man United will mean absolutely nothing in May if we are back in the championship

The problem is, we've won the "wrong" games. Had we beaten Palace and Burnley and lost to Man United and Stoke I doubt too many would be complaining.

In points terms, our start has been very good. We've scored a healthy amount of goals and lost two matches as a newly-promoted side. We sit five points above the relegation zone with an ok goal difference. There isn't a lot, in general terms, that the team has done wrong, it just hasn't won the games we were expected to or had more of a chance in beforehand.

If you don't go you don't have a say, ask Martin.

I'm a 20 year old man which means I'm barely a man at all.

I just got home to London having been at the game today. I'm frustrated.

I'm 300lbs of 37-year-old woman and my ginger tuft spreads all the way up to my inverted belly button. At least as far as I can tell, I haven't actually seen the button in years. It must be full of fluff by now. I think that fans accept our limitations and only expect us to do ourselves justice, which we haven't in the last two weeks. A bit of criticism right now is fair. You can bet nige will be giving them a lot more than a bit, he'll be giving it to the players hard and strong, all night long.

Yours, Claire (moist in leicester)

"i am a 23 year old man"

lol

We should start all posts by listing our age from now on.

I am a 17 year old man. Wait teenager. I was born in Loughborough but now live in Manchester and I did not think our performance was very good today.

Unbeaten at home so far (before the season started, how many would have taken this?), and pretty good away displays bar one.

And some of our so called fans booed the team off the pitch, d1ckheads

There is your problem, right there.

Please don't try and claim you are anything other than awful. We weren't much better today, but you belong nowhere other than mid-Championship.

The division we got 93 points in last season? Yea, ok. Grow up.
