Samilktray Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Didnt Riquelme get linked with Everton near enough every summer.
David Guiza Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Yeah, Kaka was a top player. Can remember being impressed with him at a World Cup. Maybe '06. Think that's the one, scored a cracker from about 25 yards against Croatia I think it was. The move to Real killed his career somewhat, but it was always going to be difficult moving at the same time as Ronaldo I guess! Didnt Riquelme get linked with Everton near enough every summer. Think he may have done, perhaps would have got kicked out the game a little in the Prem, but he was quality in his few years at Villareal before heading back to South America.
Narborough_fox Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Andy Keogh is banging them in for Perth Glory.
Stadt Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 I was thinking who was the best team outside of Europe earlier and I couldn't. And has anybody seen that the Argentinian league now has 30 fvcking teams in it?
J.Lisemore Posted 5 December 2014 Posted 5 December 2014 So you're one of those twats then If your alluding to pace being the factor why I play as them, nope. I tried a few different 3 star sides, just happened to enjoy playing with these.
MC Prussian Posted 5 December 2014 Posted 5 December 2014 Nenê is still kicking it at Al-Gharafa. Former French talent Jérémie Aliadière is climbing down the sportive latter (yet earning a nice paycheck) at Umm Salal in Qatar.
Aus Fox Posted 6 December 2014 Posted 6 December 2014 I was going through the rosters the other day and it seems like all the big names have left the A-League and moved to the States. So, browse Série A in Brazil, MLS or the Saudi/Qatari league. Yes very little quality in the A league these days, with Thomas Broiche or Robert Koran possibly the best players on show.

You mean when Koren actually plays a game... A-League has made a turn towards Australian players, the visa players they bring in must be absolutely brilliant to come in these days. Problem is with the salary cap no absolutely brilliant players want to come to Australia.

ACF Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I suppose they're all heading down to Wellington Phoenix then? Nobody wants to play in Wellington! International flight for every away game!
