MikeyT Posted 26 February 2015 Posted 26 February 2015 If what I saw on the Brit Awards last night is classed as music, then God help us.
Samilktray Posted 26 February 2015 Posted 26 February 2015 If what I saw on the Brit Awards last night is classed as music, then God help us.You dont listen to or enjoy hip hop music and thats fine, but it is music, statements like this are a little ignorant.
ScouseFox Posted 26 February 2015 Posted 26 February 2015 how anyone can criticise his brit performance considering at least 50% of it was muted out is beyond me. even if you listened to your favourite record but it kept skipping or your record player broke halfway through you probably wouldn't enjoy it very much.
Babylon Posted 26 February 2015 Posted 26 February 2015 You dont listen to or enjoy hip hop music and thats fine, but it is music, statements like this are a little ignorant. I listen to and enjoy hip hop... but the blokes lost the fecking plot.
The Doctor Posted 26 February 2015 Posted 26 February 2015 I do like Liam Gallagher calling him an utter shit. As if Gallagher could hold any sort of high ground...
Kitchandro Posted 28 February 2015 Posted 28 February 2015 I don't only think Kanye West is a twat, but also anyone who thinks his music is decent.
ScouseFox Posted 28 February 2015 Posted 28 February 2015 really enjoyed his interview with zane the other day. thoroughly interesting, well spoken, entertaining and artistic chap. loads of time for kanye.
sdb Posted 1 March 2015 Posted 1 March 2015 absolute genius in many ways. Very hard to like at times though!
JonnyBoy Posted 1 March 2015 Posted 1 March 2015 Class A willy puller, how can anybody argue that. He was good when he produced college dropout, since that he has been wack
Samilktray Posted 1 March 2015 Posted 1 March 2015 I think Late Registration is a far superior album to College Dropout.
ScouseFox Posted 1 March 2015 Posted 1 March 2015 I think they are both great and both show his versatility and ability to produce and create incredible music. he's a genius let's face it. I also don't think he's that much of a willy puller. Sure some controversial stuff on his record but most of his "controversies" have been him being right just declaring it in the wrong way.
Unabomber Posted 1 March 2015 Posted 1 March 2015 People should appreciate his music and laugh at his antics, no point in getting worked up about him.
sdb Posted 2 March 2015 Posted 2 March 2015 I think Late Registration is a far superior album to College Dropout. MBDTF is better than both!
JmorsonLCFC Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 i really don't see why people hate him went to his one off gig last night in camden...one of the best nights of my life, he was so chilled out and he was bantering with the crowd... the media really paint a bad picture of kanye
Samilktray Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 i really don't see why people hate him went to his one off gig last night in camden...one of the best nights of my life, he was so chilled out and he was bantering with the crowd... the media really paint a bad picture of kanye Tried to get tickets but theyd sold out, how was it? Heard nothing but good things
ScouseFox Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 both mental and amazing that he has teamed up with skepta and the uk grime scene over nothing but sheer love for music.
Samilktray Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 Hes done more for grime music in a week than our music industry has in a decade.
ScouseFox Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 haha true. in a few months it'll be more popular in america than it is in england. equally sad and incredible at the same time. i read a review of last night and the best part of it was just describing kanye's pleasure at watching uk grime live on stage as a fan.
JmorsonLCFC Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 Tried to get tickets but theyd sold out, how was it? Heard nothing but good things i was so lucky, kept trying after they sold out and someone mustve cancelled cause i got 2! and it was the best spontaneous night of my life, he brought out vic mensa, cyhi the prince, raekwon, young jeezy, big sean, skepta, JME, Novelist it was emotional heres a couple vids i took:
Samilktray Posted 17 March 2015 Posted 17 March 2015 https://vimeo.com/22571721 If his Glastonbury set is half as good as this, those people in attendance are gonna have a good time.
ScouseFox Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 https://soundcloud.com/kanyewest/real-friends-no-more-parties-in-la-snipped
Samilktray Posted 9 January 2016 Posted 9 January 2016 Real Friends might be his best track since MBDTF. I can't wait for February 11th.
sdb Posted 9 January 2016 Posted 9 January 2016 Real Friends might be his best track since MBDTF. I can't wait for February 11th. Inclined to agree. Think I admired Yeezus more than ever really enjoyed it. Nothing he's been involved with since has really grabbed me. Real Friends sounds a winner on first few listens.
