Guest Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 Working under the assumption I can't get tickets the normal way (I was last a member about five years ago) how easy is it to get tickets from touts at major tournaments? Anyone done it and what sort of prices did you pay? It was possible for the 98 WC in France. Big teams prices were a little high but for lesser teams the prices were not much different to actual prices.

UEFA have since said that our game v Wales isn't in the top 3 ties with most applied for tickets. And 5 other nations have applied for more tickets than England fans. Could we not be taking as many as most assumed then?

Maybe even face value I went to France 98 and I remember trying to buy tickets for a few matches from touts and they were asking extortionate amounts so expect the same. I honestly can't see you getting face value tickets at the ground for an England game.

That equates to 805 euro which is the amount I was told to expect to come out if I was succesfull. Not only does it seem like I've got the tickets I requested, but also for the category and price I wanted. Happy days
