Euro 2016 Tournament Plans

Decided to stay in Paris and base there.

Booked in a hotel in Paris right near Eurostar for four nights and will take in the Stade De France game and then get the train and back again on same day for my Lille game. About 330 quid for those four nights. For the two of us this trip with travel accommodation and tickets will cost about a grand!

Better get decent teams. Obviously would love England in one of the games but is extremely unlikely, second to that Id like Poland as my girlfriend is Polish.

Would also be happy with a big side like Germany or Spain or whatever, just don't want ****ing Iceland vs Slovakia or Slovenia or Albania! But i probably will end up with that.

Thanks guys, yeah I'm hoping to get to at least one Northern Ireland game if we qualify in the hope that no neutrals will care enough to buy tickets for our games.

Our group of 4 applied for 6 games each between the end of groups and start of quarts. We bagged one knock-out game in Lens for the Group D winners. One of the lads' brother has got 5 games spread from the groups to the semis, so we're hoping he won't need a few.

Unsure of my plans yet, but think we will be camping, roughly 22 of us all going on the 14th June to the 22nd. I think that means we will definitely be out there for England's last two group games? Then got the Semi-Final to Final week booked off, just incase ya know.. :D

We're thinking of getting the ferry from Portsmouth to Caen, then driving down to Marans which is twinned with my village Barrow on Soar, someone within our group has got in contact with the town about possibly organising a match between our group and a side from the town. This maybe in the middle of the two group games we're out in France for.

Ideally hoping England play a game in Bordeux, make things a lot easier for us.

Are people camping? If so, could you let me know your plans so I can steal some of your plans and suggestions, thanks.

Got tickets for Marseille quarter final, booked Euro Star return and an apartment for 4 of us. Worked out at just under £230 for me ticket included. Apartment is 4* ad well with Swimming Pool.

Been told I'm a nutter for going to Marseille after what happened in 98? Apparently they was picking English lads off for fun?

Hoping to get tickets for a England game if possible though!

Any idea when the next batch are going on sale?

No way I'm missing this with the next three tournaments being Russia, the weird pan-European euros and Qatar.

I thought the same.. had a look and yeah got tickets dirt cheap winner winner. Think the journey is 6 or 7 hours all the way down to Marseille..

Managed to get tickets for the England v Sweden game at the last euros off eBay at almost cost price so thinking of doing the same again and even if I can get to one of the England group games that would be ideal, thinking of heading out a day or two before the last group game as I think we will progress.

Like someone else has mentioned this is the last tourney that is actually viable, with the next 3 not looking great so may throw a couple of grand at it and make it part of a holiday.
