MPH Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 Perhaps add amazon as one of the options for places to purchase....
Webbo Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 Perhaps add amazon as one of the options for places to purchase.... And there are some of us over 45.
DB11 Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 Erm I've provided a response for her numbers but it's a really awful survey I wouldn't pay £120 and I'd buy it online but those options weren't available
Fox92 Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 I've completed parts of it. It needs working on. I'm no survey expert but I feel there needs to be more specific answers

The assignment is in on tuesday and I just need some sort of market research before i fail miserably thanks for completing it.
fuchsntf Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 And there are some of us over 45. thats the p roblem with the young uns, no diplomacy, no etiquette, believe all people over 46 are brain dead. Strange we dont take it too seriously, because we winklies love filling out bloody useless surveys, that serve nobody. With our alzheimers, we keep forgetting when we last filled one out, so we do it again, so we leave our kids something before we go......OUR season tickets at the KP....that will teach 'em for being so young and naive!!
Strokes Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 I wouldn't pay more than a fiver for a charger, it's not really solving a problem, is it?

I'm a final year student so I have to go out and do this too. I've never looked into surveys before this year!
DB11 Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 Take my post as constructive criticism. I'm a final year student so I have to go out and do this too. I've never looked into surveys before this year! I'm a final year student and in my methodology I have mentioned surveys but decided I won't use it as a research method. The idea of conducting research by drawing up and distributing surveys is that it allows data to be collected from large numbers of people and it allows that data to be much more broader than more limited methods of research. In the Internet age surveys can be distributed to groups of people on a much larger scale than handing them out to individuals, however this will affect the integrity of the results. It is important for my research to be obtained from credible sources that I am confident have sufficient expertise and knowledge in this area to provide the answer to my research question. Due to the difficulty in focusing a survey response on specific and credible people I will not be using any for my research. Surveys also lack depth as they cannot provide enough detail and therefore they focus on breadth and coverage. (Oates, 2006) Basically I don't want data from any old randomers I've decided to do a few interviews for my data

Basically I don't want data from any old randomers I've decided to do a few interviews for my data In the unit I was referring too, I'm redesigning a website and it's all about the user experience so I'm looking at every option. My lecturer suggested a survey and said "go and stand on Piccadilly station and see how many responses you get". I'm thinking, yeah I'll tell you now, it'd be 0.

Especially with people at Piccadilly station not exactly going to be able to look at your website, and most probably in a rush to get somewhere I am restricted to trying to get a few interviews done, even if only by email. I'm hoping the report is more to do with the discussion and conclusion rather than the researching itself
MooseBreath Posted 12 March 2015 Posted 12 March 2015 You're not supposed to refer to yourself as "I" bro
ozleicester Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 apparently people over 45 are not users of wireless chargers, or are irrelevant... actually, thinking about it, im probably both
Guest Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Went to complete it for you. Sadly so many questions are unaswerable because they are so unlimited. starting with the first!!! How hard is it to have an answer 45+? Don't think your GF deserves a pass with such a poorly thought through survey.

Well I think the first question is the best one in the survey, maybe I should have put 'other' for those of you are confused . Apologies for some of the others, but hopefully my degree in survey making won't be affected by this one
