Apparently this is art

If it is all true then it is disgusting. from what the podt says underneath he was on the way to the exhibition anyway when he found the dog. It was in a bad way then. Maybe after tying it up at the exhibition he was told to remove it as dogs were not allowed and thats when he replied its art so to keep it there and. his intention could have been to look after it. maybe he should have fed the poor thing first.

I am only trying to look for other explainations. The story does say allegedly and is from South America. Some of it could have been misinterpruted. In the UK somebody would have took the dog off him and taken it to a vets or animal care centre which there are plenty but I would think in that City where the incident took place.

any decent human being upon finding that dog would have sorted it out. Besides, look at the pics if you can (they really upset me), it looks fine and then by the end it looks like a corpse - the guy deserves to be shot or tied up and left to starve too.

Thing is it lost so much weight he must have given it water otherwise it would have died after a couple of days, so it was a very very cruel and meditated act.

how long was it there for? thought he found it tied up and starving and just took it there. If he left there for a few days then I agree that its disgusting but were there not anyone else around who could have fed it it? unless he put a notice on it to say not to feed it as it was art.

look at the article and the pics, he looks like a healthy dog at the start and by the end like a corpse, he must have been a few weeks I reckon - poor thing, what a way to die

this is too digusting for words, i would love to fckuing stab this cvnt who did this

I presume you'd then staple him to the wall and hail it 'art'. :ermm:

It all went down hill many years ago when some bloke got nailed to some wood and they wrote a book about it. It's a slippery slope...

I can't find one corroberating news story from a reputable news organisation - I suspect the whole thing is bollocks.

Just another internet urban myth.

This so called artist, caught a street dog, then tied it up and left it to starve to death claiming that it's 'art'.

What is wrong with some people? This is totally immoral and i'm sickened by the event.

Anyone else agree?

I was disgusted when I realised everyone was so readily willing to believe someone's blog translated from another language.

According to a Nicaraguan newspaper article on the exhibition the gallery's director asserted that the dog was in fact well fed, and that it had not died (from starvation or any other cause) but had escaped during the night.

That's the only actual newspaper report I can find that has reported on the matter, I got the information from here.

Absolutely sick. As Al Murray said "people crap in a bucket and call it art". Balls it is art it's cruelty.

How dare they ignore the wise words of two-jobs Kormonpops?!

I'm going to moderate them if they're not careful.

Moderate their assiiiii, or indeed, their collective ass.

It's filthy and it stinks. Also, it wouldn't kill them to shave it once in a while, they could have a rota or something.
