Top of the table, universally recognised and appeciated, but he seems to have disappeared unless he's somehow been shamefully lost among the supporting pack. Did someone forget to buy him a drink? Has his motorbike breathed it's last making him inconsolable? Has someone uttered disrespectful words in the debate about education? Someone must know. Surely we can have a tsunami pass us and not notice.
