Id have even tried playing woyo at FB and JJ on the wing, why not experiment? Ayew is useless on the wing, he offers nothing, I dont get it at all
-
Must be disappointing for Evans, he was publicised as being on the bench, what changed?
-
It's more likely they won't get any minutes tonight, which would be a shame
-
Even Pep or Kloppy would struggle
-
Well you obviously haven't got a 14 year old daughter 🤣
-
it is quite incredible, when my 14 year old daughter can barely load the dishwasher without instruction, and heres this kid, a year older, who may play in front of 60k people. No one could have expectations though, and i'm not entirely convinced he'll get any minutes of significance

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
splinterdream replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I can't make my mind up with Ruud. I listen to him talk, and i can't help but feel he deserves to finish this season and beyond if he wants it. He seems committed to his credit despite getting zero support, and that deserves the fans to get behind him, my brain tells me he might need to improve on his homework though, with our tactics and that of the opposition -
Facundo Buonanotte joins on loan - Official

He's a Brighton player, but i agree Ayew is awful as a winger, but i wouldn't want facundo on the right, because he doesn't stick to the right, I'd prefer to experiment with JJ and Woyo as full back and winger if we play with wide players or Mads Woyo Coady Okoli VK Soumare Ndidi Facundo Bilal Mavididi Daka/Vardy -
Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast
splinterdream replied to Ric Flair's topic in Leicester City Forum
I listen to a few city podcasts and love them all, it's just nice to hear opinions of other leicester fans, it doesn't matter that you're going over the same stuff, there's loads to talk about right now; like what are the club actually planning; are we in trouble if we get relegated, will ruud walk or should he be sacked, what should the plan be going forward, and if we get relegated, who should stay and who should go? -
I would have asked Albrighton if he wanted a 6 month contract, would be more threatening whipping those balls in from the right rather than Ayew
-
Would you be bothered..
splinterdream replied to Lineker's Left Foot's topic in Leicester City Forum
It was similar feeling following Taylor, we had mercenaries stealing a living, losing heavily but didn't look arsed. We do need a reset, and that's maybe why the club decided to not sign anyone and take the medicine, maybe there's been a discussion and a new plan is in place. You can all but hope -
I only remember my thoughts at the time and I rarely miss a game, I remember Rodgers wasn't sure who to pick, Iversen was Preston player of the season.but Ward was more senior, supposedly he was going to let them battle it out, but that didn't happen, because I think Rodgers wanted the sack so.wasnt arsed if we lost
-
He isn't though, he did have a good spell in the middle of that season if you remember. If you have an issue with pressure, you freeze, I'm just saying I think this was his issue. Remember when Joe Hart was the best keeper in the league, then he just fell apart? Pressure and confidence
-
I distinctly remember the cup.games he had prior to.22/23 and he always looked decent enough, Liverpool.fans thought he was a bright prospect, then he made all those penalty saves in that cup game. Just think he's got a problem with mental pressure and probably overthinks everything, nevertheless that is a big problem when you're a keeper

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
splinterdream replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I was a ruud in, but with some time considering what happened Saturday and how he set up the team, listening to some decent analysis on some podcasts, I think Ruud was as big a mistake as Cooper. He certainly wasn't my choice, I wanted to see if we could tempt Rafa to give us a couple of years, but think tactically Ruud hasn't got a clue, and it's showing badly. The high line with slow defenders, no subs at half time, we look under prepared and still without a strategy. Hope he walks for the clubs sake. -
You have a laugh at the despair in this thread, all of us saying the same thing over and over, why do we care? 🤣
-
I think we've as good as given up this season, think we're desperate for a wage bill reset which might explain Dawson Coady deal and the reason we can't get anybody in.
-
This is so curious, why would wolves do this unless they felt they were getting a better deal. Have we given up and just want to swap a higher earner with a lower earner if that's what it is?
-
All our chatter is absolutely as hopeless as stephy is at beating the full back
-
I'm not so sure, Ndidi, Bilal in the pivot with Bilal playing more of a tielemens role, KDH playing further forward, he knows the team, he may make mivididi better. Don't see what else we can do
-
Not so sure that's true, they've both been equally as bad, because equally both are not what we need. Send facundo back, see if we can't get 6 month loan for KDH
