  1. None of those people are Tunisian or support terrorist groups as far as I'm aware?
  2. Remarkable. I think we best leave it here as you've clearly convinced yourself everyone is biased and prejudiced, apart from you of course.
  3. Disliking Israel more than Poland is "bigotry"
  4. Yeah but you see I dislike Israel more than any of those countries. Also, comparing Poland's new president to what Israel is doing is beyond "silly", it reveals your own biases and prejudices.
  5. Has he condemned what Netanyahu is doing? Fair enough if he has, as I said I don't really follow footballer instagram pages that closely.
  6. That's why I said "I think", I haven't followed it that closely and I recollected reading that he had been quite pro-Israel in his posts but perhaps he's been more reserved and balanced than I realised. Wouldn't be over the moon about any Israeli playing for us at the moment but I guess you can't choose where you're born. Your post was quite good until the last sentence...
  7. What floats your balloon
  8. He's posted quite a lot of stuff on social media in support of the Israeli government and army, I think. Which he's entitled to, just don't really want him playing here, though I know my personal opinion has no influence on the club's decision.
  9. Would rather we didn't
  10. Going to have to watch this again. Loved this film when it came out. More time has passed since then than between the film's release and the fall of the Berlin Wall...
  11. Picked a great time to check out this thread after a few weeks
  12. Even Man United would not lower themselves to appointing a man who thought John Rambo was played by Bruce Willis
  13. Yeah no rush lads
  14. Superb save
  15. I see we're at the "just wear a jumper" stage of decline
  16. I'd always recommend Sicily. Lots of very interesting history and culture. East Coast is quite popular, Taormina in particular is a bit of a tourist trap now though still beautiful. I lived in Palermo which is an amazing city but quite overrun by the air bnb crowds now unfortunately. I love the west coast, parts of it feel very remote and there are some glorious beaches and islands. Puglia also has a lot of medieval sites and especially further south it's quite easy to find pretty secluded stretches of very beautiful coastline One region I really want to explore is Basilicata which I've only ever been through on the train. Has miles of very under developed coast and some quite wild mountainous parts in the interior.
  17. Would love to do a big trip through north Africa. Always dreamt of a Casablanca - Cairo trip. Should've done it when I lived in Sicily before all the problems in Libya.
  18. I've become more conservative as I get older but I haven't really become more right wing as the right has proved unwilling to conserve anything good about Britain and are mostly just disoriented and angry at our country's relative decline and incapable of doing anything about it other than moan about irrelevancies.
  19. Swift and Kelce seem like quite a nice couple tbf
  20. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_history_of_France#:~:text=According to historian Niall Ferguson,Gaul by defeating competing tribes.
  21. Commie propaganda. They live in some kind of commune where obviously they don't work and slag off genuine wealth creators like the Banker. Also, red = good.
  22. "We send the EU 350 million a week, let's fund the Taliban instead"
  23. Is that Madders vs Everton?
