As if they're counting Tottenham's home games there like they're some sort of achievement. Embarassment.

Yeah, looked like he didn't take it seriously at all. I think Wales have got quite a decent side coming through at the minute, still got some old heads they probably need to sack off now but couple of years they could have a decent team. They need to find a GK though, the fact their No.1 is third choice in the championship and hasn't played this season, not great.

Drinking in the mornings is fun sometimes but go easy pal!

Wow. Surely not a good way to run any business is it?

'Out of the way of Top' in terms of so he doesn't have to deal with them like admin-type, run of the mill stuff that he shouldn't have to deal with or 'Out of the way of Top' as in make sure he doesn't find out about them / things he doesn't need to know about kind of thing?

Does anyone on here have any recommendations for a windows and doors company in the Leicester/Leicestershire area? Looking at having all of the windows replaced but don't fancy going to one of the big boys like Safestyle or Everest.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

If we're working out from the two instances that it's between 4 - 6 points per breach, how long will it be before a team decides it's worth spending that extra £m for a player and offsetting 4 - 6 points as part of the process by gambling said player will earn them back the points they would lose. -
I think the Elite League Squad is the U20's (the one below the U21's/23's whatever it is called now.

Genuine question but what are the best local non-league teams to go and watch and just have a bit of that authentic football feeling? Fed up with top level football at the minute, it just feels like it's lost its soul and I don't think I've ever felt so disconnected to Leicester in my 30-odd years of supporting them either. Add in the Super league nonsense, the current EPL/EFL money/deal thing going on at the minute, FFP and all that, the standard of reffing and VAR - it's not the same game I grew up loving and I have a feeling it's the same for a lot of fans around the country at the minute too.

No games on general sale since the 2 Tuesday evening games with Swansea and Sheff W and the FA Cup game with Brum. No word from the club if they'll do anymore. Kind of done with it atm.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but there would have been uproar if we'd sold him that summer.

Absolute shambles. Yes the rules seem like a joke but the fact that, even knowing about the rules, that we're in a position where we have to do this. What a joke. -
This is what you get though when the club says fans can't pass on tickets (or can't do so easily anyway) and when you're directed to use the resale platform, you can only do so a limited amount of times a season. A lot of these people don't want to give them up as they then know it will be a few years (potentially) before they can get them back. The club should make it easier for people to pass on their tickets - or the other end of the spectrum is monitoring what % of games they attend in a season and if it hits below a certain level, rule that they aren't eligible for renewal.

The thing is people have been saying this since game 5 or 6 this season, reality is we have 10 games left and it is rocking at their place. Them and Leeds are currently the 2 best teams in the league and we need a good sharp kick up our arses or we'll be ending up in the play-offs and I tell you now, I would not back us in the play-offs at all right now. Hoping there's a meeting at Seagrave with the players today to explain how big these next 10 games are and for them all to pull their fingers out.

Haven't parked around here for a long time as it used to take hours to get out afterwards. Has anyone noticed this has improved since since they opened up the road on to Saffron Lane?

That's sad news. Always seemed such a happy and nice guy on screen.
-
Fair enough - I'll be honest I chucked in the comment about bike lanes and junctions as it's all we ever seem to see in Leicester. Always some kind of roadworks or diversions and traffic due to temporary works it feels like that's where all the money goes in this city. Happy to be corrected though.

You only have to follow one or two of the councils on LinkedIn or other social media channels (Leicester City, Leicestershire, Charnwood etc.) and you can see the amount of pointless jobs they are constantly advertising for. There is wastage all over the shot and the City council I imagine is probably one of the worst for it. Every year it's the same, "Oh we've got to find a way to save millions as we're not being getting the funding we need", then they go and chuck money at projects like redeveloping whole junctions at a cost of millions. Cry poverty one minute and then lo and behold, here's a few million for some new cycle paths.

Funny one just now, I'm playing as Birmingham, currently chasing promotion in my second season and not far off the play-offs so far. The clubs in a pretty poor state financially so I had to agree to sell George Hall to Fulham for £12m which wasn't bad as he was valued at around £8-10m - anyway, long story short, they offered us the chance to loan him back for the season which I agreed to and he's been on fire this season however, all of the news articles, social media posts and press conference questions are all related to how we need to snap him up after his loan finishes and we should be trying to make him a permanent member of the squad etc.
-
We've got 6/7 home games left so unless you're planning to go to all or most of these I don't think anyone should have to spend £45+ just for the privilege of having a chance to buy tickets for them. Something which they'll also then have to cough up again come the summer for next season.
-
Yes - had to do the same over the weekend. Sounds horrible but half of them sound like pensioners who are leaving positive feedback because they've just been so happy to have had someone to talk to.

Interesting point this and I was of the impression that he was probably averaging a yellow every other game as it does feel like he gets booked a lot. Having looked at his stats the last couple of seasons though; at Watford where it felt like he was booked every game, he got 14 yellows in 36 league games (in 3040 minutes played) averaging a yellow once in just under every 2.5 games - this season he's had 2 in in 24 appearances (820 minutes played) meaning one every 4.5 games on average.

Having nightmares about Summerville and Gnonto... which means it's likely Piroe and/or Bamford will have a stormer.

For that much a month I’d expect zero ads, that’s crazy
