I think it's because you say it's a personal choice but then the bit at the end could be misconstrued as: not renewing = abandoning your club.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Still a bit weird though, clap the guy before and after the game, not just after he's scored and because he didn't celebrate. "Yes, jolly good show Harvey!" -
Concerns about the direction of the club

I agree but I understand why a big chunk can't not go because it's engrained in them - to the point they will have the same routine and go down no matter what league we're in. They'll see themselves as being a fan 'through thick and thin' which is admirable but misses the point entirely. I think the lower crowd last night goes some way to hopefully showing the club how unhappy fans are but they will always have that core that will blindly follow the club no matter what. -
Concerns about the direction of the club

The fact of the matter is that in football, for the team you grow up supporting, no matter the performances on the pitch, how the club's being run or who owns it, they are your club and you love and support that team until the day you die. It's very hard telling fans that have followed the club for X number of years that the way to help the club is by stopping going down to watch them. -
"He's our Harvey and we clapped him and he clapped us back!!"

I don't know you know, I think it's engrained on some fans minds that we're a small club that 'has a go' every now and then. Just this morning when discussing it with a fellow fan at work they said "people have got short memories" and "be careful what you wish for!" I just don't get it. The current situation is bad, but the way things are going it can definitely get worse if something doesn't change at the top end of the club.

Probably the day they decided to give the job to Cooper tbh

We'd need 6 wins with zero return for wolves in 6 games, and even then we're still 20-30 goals behind wolves so basically, lose tonight and against Brighton and Wolves win against Spurs and it's done Yes not 100% mathematically but come on
-
I'm sure Wolves just have to win 1 more and us lose our next 2

Yeah but it’s Mike Stowell.

At the end of the day Winks has been at Leicester for coming up to 2 years this summer and I imagine he's been doing that commute since day 1. The fact it's now only an issue during Ruud's tenure, whilst we're on this honking run, stinks of a PR thing to me to try and deflect some blame on to someone. I think he can ask the question for him to maybe do one night a week at the training ground but not sure you can sack him off from the squad for refusing.

Part of the new 'Straight Back Down' range

Long overdue in my books. Hope this goes well and they come in with a positive attitude to work with fans, not just in the interest of the club/business side of things.

Are we the only club that has a Head of Fan Engagement who doesn't actually engage with the fans? Just puts out a 'Fan Engagement Plan' to tick a box
-
Out of interest did you have to throw in a 'sweetener'? Saw a few people on social media saying they'd offered some of what they'd save on stamp duty to get it over the line beforehand.

Not a fan of the AI enhancing at all just looks fake -
Maybe true but I would say probably 99% of people in Leicester do not know who/what/where Audley Public House is.

I watched Adolescence and finished the last 10/15 mins with tears in my eyes. Absolutely brilliant and I echo the comments about Stephen Graham, especially in the last episode. The way this was shot was also really well done. The end of episode 2 as the camera leaves the school, flies over the town and drops down and effortlessly sits in front of SG's character. Unbelievable.

This reminded me of the curry I had on Friday night...

I remember going in this as a little kid, one summer in the early 90's I'd say. I don't think it went on much longer than that though as I never saw it used again after that.
