He thrives with better players around him. With the drop in quality with the loss of Barnes and Madders it is evident he doesn't have the same level of players to link with as that is a huge part of his game.

He's very talented but his decision making needs improving for him to get to the next level. Hopefully Enzo can bring that out of him as he looks like a rough diamond at the moment.

They'll rotate envitably and that will give us a chance but tough draw.

Man City have a lot of different players contributing to goals and this is the style we play. Teams sit off us making it harder for the strikers but our midfielders and wingers benefit from it. I wouldn't be surprised to see the goals shared equally between the team and not skewed massively towards the strikers.

£15m seems about fair and happy with that fee if we can get that. Otherwise I'd rather just keep him.

We should have kept him last season. We missed his energy in midfield and had he played, I think we would have got a lot more results on that alone, based on the protection he would have given our CBs.

It's hard to get back to back wins in this league, let alone four in a row. We're only going to get better in this system with more game time so excited with what is to come.

After the plastics that played/coached us last season, surely fans should also be afforded to choose a plastic card.

No fluke this keeps happening. Our quality and style of play tires teams out especially at this level. When we're firing on all cylinders it'll be unstoppable.

I actually enjoy the unpredictability of the league and that it's less of a tactical game and generally teams go full throttle against each other. You know playing Man City, we'll sit deep for most the game and not take many risks.

I disagree. He was our best defender last season imo. The problem was he wasn't backed up by anyone else at the back and offered little protection by our midfield. He's always been class and composed on the ball. Usually starts many attacks too.

Usually 85+ points will get you automatic promotion and it might be less this season with teams taking points from each other. Let's hope we can take advantage

Was a scrappy game but we deserved the 3 points. Consistency and back to back wins is so difficult in this league so credit where it's due.

For me covid killed us as we looked set for top four pre the first lockdown and Rodgers tactics seemed a masterstroke and had we gone on to get CL football, I think we'd have gone from strength to strength. Missing out on the last day just created a weak mentality in the team and a couple of things snowballing ultimately led to our demise.

I thought he gave the ball away too easily today with aimless balls which we cannot do in the system we play but decent enough debut!!
