That's exactly why the PT told me it's going to be a long process of build-up in weight if at all
  5. Before last night and their late equaliser which need a big error by Begovic, Plymouth had a five game losing streak at home and hadn't score in those five games

I have been running three times a week - ran three half marathons this year. I have just jumped to four runs a week. Been running for three years previous to the weight training. Alongside that, playing 5 a side for a hour and then its 2 weight sessions a week - sometimes 3. Don't lift heavy weights as per se, just try to go onto failure record weights are - squatting 65kg, deadlift 55kg and chest press 35kg. Just try set little goals like being able to do a chin-up. I had improve my core due to a bad back - my flexibility was downright awful. Hamstrings and quads were tight as any the physio had seen. RDLs now are unreal from where I was first doing it.
  7. Abbey Park Park Run best yet I have done. 250 in attendance. Wide paths. Not too congested. Whipped around in 23:44 Plymouth on Saturday

  9. I think the lack of experience on his bench is telling. Look at who Pep surrounds himself with. One of the assistants is 58 yr old - a very long managerial career which included time with Sampiola. Lillo's worked right across the world. That's an error not insisting on some experience alongside him. Our assistant and coaches are very green.
  10. Wouldn’t matter anyway, we turned up at ideal opponents on Good Friday and played like twats there
  11. Let's have our Leicestershire update Step 3 Coalville & Barwell firmly mid-table. Expecting a bit of change around Owen Street in terms of personnel particularly given the change in playing style. Step 4 A superb season here for Leics clubs - 38 game season 1. Harborough 35 82 2. Spalding 35 80 3. Anstey 34 78 4. Hinckley LR 35 63 5. Loughborough Dyn 35 61 6. Quorn 34 59 Shepshed firmly safe in the middle. HARBOROUGH to play - Quorn (h), S.Coldfield (a), Loughborough D (h) ANSTEY - Cov Sphinx (h), Corby (h), Coleshill (a), S.Coldfield (h) SPALDING - Cambridge C (h), S.Khalsa (a), Coleshill (h) Step 5 UCL North last game of the season already for this division on Saturday - Loughborough Students and Melton both qualified for the playoffs - high chance they face each other in the semi-finals. Solid first season at the step for Ashby Ivanhoe despite ground issues. UCL South Aylestone Park qualified for the playoffs. Lutterworth Town in a really respectful 10th. Nirvana also staying up. Step 6 UCL Div 1 Kirby Muxloe clinging onto the final playoff spot. Saffron Dynamo, Birstall, St Andrews all upper mid-table. Very outside chance Lutterworth Athletic could get into a relegation scrap but unlikely. Holwell mid-table whilst their Melton rivals Asfordby have struggled badly at their first regional foray and need a miracle to stay up. MFL Div 1 AFC Hinckley finally pulled it off. No drama this time around. Unknown if they go UCL South with the Cov sides or MFL Prem. Every chance they face a reformed Nuneaton. However, I don't think they could have a better chance to push on as Step 5 in the South Midlands at the mo is a bit weak in my opinion. Ingles look certain for playoffs - simply superb season from them. Heather are going to miss out for the playoffs.
  12. I had high hopes for his approach towards fans but he’s a right sod lad when it comes to criticism etc.
  13. The mathematical odds on Cov v Leicester playoffs are low. For Cov to do it means directly helping us.
  14. Said last night - most unloved team in 30 odd years. There’s been some shambles - last season in particular - but this squad comparable to its level has infinite talent. Throw in an awful arrogant streak, a playing style which would send a glass eye to sleep and lack of personality.
  15. I’d go as far to say any manager with promotion experience would have had us up by now. He’s so inexperienced on a number of levels - his outward messaging has been an issue this season too
  16. If we have the base of front foot football, win your 50/50s and run harder than the opposition you get results like Norwich and Birmingham. If you don’t know that minimum layer, then you get last night where it looks you are firmly on the beach. For me, he’s failing to motivate these players on the very basics because he’s prioritised the ‘plan a’ above all else
  17. 4/1 on Arygle would pay for my trip down and my inevitable coping binge after
  18. Can’t believe how lucky we’ve been Leeds should have two penalties last night for handball
  19. He got so fortunate when Obafemi hit it straight at Mads
  20. Same applies to Millwall and they don’t have a squad we do
  21. Honestly now in my top 5 most disliked City players. He’s everything you don’t want from a CB
  22. I struggle to think of a more unloved City team in my lifetime. Just simply don’t get it this bunch. All that noise post Saturday and then turn that out.
  23. Hmmmm I’m not so sure
  24. Interesting they holding off publically announcing the headline figures
  25. They will probably put you right in the compound where the fanzone is
