  1. I like the Italian Serie B method, whereby it’s subject to a certain points gap. Teams have to be within a certain number
  2. Yeah he's a right soft sod - probably not happy his mate Guillem getting stick online and they can't shift tickets for Chutney Ivy
  3. If the clip carries on, Faes loses possession. He makes me angry
  4. Yeah just double checked. I think I saw the table different than that when I checked. Oh well
  5. Totally this. Sadly there's no arts or creativity community in Leicester or if there is, it's not been shouting about loud enough. The Leicester BID appears to suffer from a lack of innovation looking from the outside. It's not use accounts such as Cool as Leicester etc to push itself. The city doesn't make enough of its food options - to try make a niche for itself as a foodie destination. We don't shout loud enough about the Comedy Festival or the Graffiti Festival - I feel like the Yarn Bomb in Cosby gets more media coverage than that. The consistent investment or use of investment funds on cycle lines is downright alienating.
  6. All of us Strangers Was a flood of tears at the end. You will not cope if you have any parental grief in your life
  7. Don't wanna be negative here after such a great win. But it was largely facilitated by Norwich whose tactics had no real game plan or shape nor did they adopt the two key shapes which seems to be our achilles heel. Their pressing was woeful and their wingers didn't even bother helping out their full backs - unsurprisingly Mavididi has his best game where he doesn't have to take on three players.
  8. In the process, wasted £15m on two players in particular this summer.
  9. Nomads got a late winner. It's actually in their hands now to win the league but six games with lots of pressure will be tough across a month. Harborough lost at Rushden who've been utterly incredible last few weeks trying to stay up.
  10. Hmmm, the call for a signing was to help out with central defence at the time. We signed Ryan Bennett out of a bargain bin. It was hardly break the bank stuff needed to get us over the line. Unlike the summer of spending to come post FA Cup victory
  11. Some bollocks today - the anti of Friday’s performance. You run harder, work harder and then opposition can’t keep up with you. It’s simple.
  12. Heads down, don’t listen to noise. That’s how the players have to be
  13. The noise from the other side of the M69 a lot quieter this arvo
  14. Some irony today that quite rightly players got vocal criticism on Friday and then turn in a performance today with graft, still people depart. They deserved approval today
  15. Same here, really surprised how bad they were
  16. We will see tomorrow - the interest though which can/could be a killer when it comes to FFP compliance (pointed out by another poster here- rather than me take credit)
  17. He was. 🤣
  18. The CV isn’t hopeful but never judge a book by its cover
  19. Certain people at the club will absolutely hate hearing that podcast or sections of it
  20. Gave us minimal allocation, so club have done it back
  21. Made the point to mates on Friday, you are going to end up with 10 plus clubs struggling to keep their loses below the limit. And then the issue is there are no buyers for the players to get those clubs back even. Particularly given there’s a trend developing now of players waiting contracts out.
  22. Thing is in our favour there is such a short turn-around, it's hard to get the training ground time to do pressing patterns on us etc. I hope anyway.
  23. Interesting that we ignore our defending - particularly a lot of the goals conceded are down to the poor defensive shape we possess. Teams taking advantage of space and the transition every single week.
  24. He's got a big decision on personnel of the full-backs. Borja Sainz is absolutely ripping it off the left wing - exactly the same LCFC leave spare on the transition. Earlier in the season, Enzo would counteract something like this by inverting Ricardo off the left back position rather than right back. Our personnel options are so short - it's hard to say what he will do. Norwich left loads of space behind the back four on Friday with a very slow back four - I wonder whether Norwich's good form means that they open up a bit more than other teams.
  25. Tbf that full time shower was the last rain in Bristol for the next 30 odd hours I was there
