  1. I’m given my relative easy journey as I passed the traffic. Feel sorry for those who were in five mile tailbacks
  2. Given the journey I’ve just had getting back thanks to some brainwave from the Highways department closing off Aylestone Road, I can understand it on this occasion. Narborough Road is absolutely solid up to M1/M69
  3. Bingo. The most submissive side we’ve faced. Rotherham were more attack minded. Have your defensive line on the edge of your 18 yard box, then one error it’s a goal. Maybe have a plan B rather than doing more of the same at 1-0 down.
  4. Feeds into what works in the centre of Leicester when it comes to nightlife. An observation
  5. The Hamza who tonight played the position I suggested
  6. The relaunched Castle nearby Leicester Castle has received favourable feedback
  7. Btw the places which are most successful in Leicester are largely cocktail based and brunch serving restaurants. Throw in an ice cream parlour which opens late (even later until recently). St Martins corned that with a number of offerings including a bar which was table service before COVID and in doing so understandably attracts females over men. It would have been great if that sort of offering was elsewhere within the city rather than it being associated with one area.
  8. King Richard IIIbSchool was recorded at having the most nationalities at a school in the country.
  9. Naa. Abandoned/replayed games, the cards stand
  10. The cash genuinely isn’t there to give out if successful. Football’s finances are so wrapped in loans and debt. You just end up trying to make Everton bust
  11. The financial package for the stadium funding is rather interesting too. But yeah it’s outside of FFP and FFP is their issue
  12. Rome - always head to Trastevere is my golden recommendation. Tonnarello or Ristorante La Scala
  13. Cavendish to return in 2024 for a 'final' go at the record
  14. ''Something like this never happened, so that is why I think a replay is the right thing to do," Is he kidding? There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of officiating mistakes made - those which are not subjective but there's no calls to replay games.
  15. Left footed defender is a must Id like us to be canny tho and be longing at doing what we did with Mahrez. Sign a couple of players who you can slowly blood with an eye on next season
  16. 15 years ago this day when Lloyd Dyer scored one of the greatest late winners of all time
  17. Just the 210 people attended a Saudi Pro League game this week
  18. Getting very tired of ref abuse but the ref at Orient v London last night tried to restart the game with someone being given CPR on the side of the pitch. Orient fans instead ran on and sat down whilst others sang ‘get it off’
  19. Preston notably better than the other three in my opinion. Decent enough town
  20. Got to be one of the worst results by an English club in a recent times that at Old Trafford
  21. ELEK LCFC PRAISE KLAXON !!!!
  22. I am just establishing we did break FFP rules ourselves. Don't have an opinion on Everton either way because the cash won't be there anyway.
  23. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/feb/21/leicester-settlement-football-league-ffp Leicester make £3.1m settlement with Football League over FFP claim The Football League’s then-new FFP rules, aimed at improving its clubs’ financial sustainability particularly in the Championship, set out sanctions including heavy fines for clubs which made losses greater than £8m in 2013-14. Leicester, spending heavily on players’ wages, made a £34m loss in 2012-13, then reduced it to £21m, partly due to receiving a large increase in income from a marketing deal signed with Trestellar Limited, a company run by the son of the former Premier League chairman Sir Dave Richards. That deal, under which Trestellar sold the sponsorship of the club’s shirt and stadium back to King Power, is understood to have been under investigation by the EFL when considering whether Leicester breached the rules.
