  1. TO be fair, for many like myself, it's rush to go work - dinner - footy. Throw in the digital ticketing which is slower getting people through.
  2. Thing is the fitness / conditioning staff are the same from Pearson's period at the club and pre date Rodgers. It's one part of the club which has been a consistent behind the scenes when many others have changed.
  3. Can tell that's the work experience lad - cites a foreign website as the source and the said website uses the term 'building permit', which of course is planning permission.
  4. Harborough away at Altrincham, that's a tough cup draw that. Decent side.
  5. Genuine up and down midfielder we’ve needed since KDH left. He’s not a 10. That killed the game for us
  6. I’ve never been one to be football is crap these days. But I’m really struggling with this team and club at the moment. It felt like in August, there was the chance to grow some affinity behind a team of hard workers, prospects and a couple of senior pros. We’ve now defaulted back to what we were and I detest. Years ago I’d have been raging with that equaliser but just couldn’t be arsed getting emotional with. Of course, Vestergaard did his normal straight down the tunnel act
  7. Some shoots recently though that journalists are actually calling them on their waffle. Saw Jenkyns and Derby's reform council leader called out on the absolute lack of evidence in their statements and they had to backtrack. The worrying thing is you had Chris Mason as one of the BBC's lead political journalists last week getting all touchy when Ed Davey called out the overcoverage of Farage and Reform.
  8. Was literally on 5live at the same time as Wrexham were playing Derby.
  9. Leics Restaurant Week coming up, worth a read of their website ro see the deals
  10. Sold out of two year old sizing I heard.
  11. Have to smile that of the four keepers above in save % two have been on our books
  12. Gets in before Norfolk gets more stick.
  13. They are multiple clubs in England what have faced the same challenges and they are still operating now. Business people want football clubs. Hollywood stars buy small football clubs. There is only one club in recent history which has been bankrupted/liquidated and it was a very small club who are now rebuilt.
  14. Sadly not a problem for Leicester City fans to be concerned about. You seem to believe that Leicester City fans care about our owners. Many of us don't.
  15. You seem to think Leicester City fans will be offended by the club going bankrupt. Historically Leicester City has nearly been bankrupted once before and the fans worked together to keep the club operating. You have criticised British football culture about vulgarness etc. but what you fail to understand is that football clubs in Britain are a community institutions. There will be a Leicester City Football Club for another hundred years regardless of the financial position of King Power because the fans will fight for it and they will be a new owner. This is not like other parts of Europe. Or Oostende where Wout Faes played
  16. Yes. Not the offensive comment you think it is.
  17. Made the decision to completely cull social media this weekend - suspended one account and then reduced what I am following on two others. It's apparent now that some many parties on both sides of anything resembling 'news' are being funded by outside influence - propaganda under a new dress code. Can't be arsed for reading most of it anymore.
  18. Not in my experience. All digital ticketing as well. There are expectations to the rules but I have been okay. Some countries such as Italy you need to take your passport. Others can be a little weird about using UK bank accounts, so often use credit card. Somewhere like Turkey is a minefield. But on the whole, easy. South Europe takes forever to put them on sale - as late as two weeks. Spain can be expensive. North European clubs are well organised now - just looked at PSG this morning and was easy (but holding off until the resale tickets come online).
  19. Really subject to the club and the country. 90% straight from the clubs. Occasionally for a big game/well attended game I have had to do some digging and get a helpful member of certain clubs. Try to make a very wide berth of any secondary sellers or package deals (although a lot tell me Home Fans is decent)
  20. Looking forward to see how expensive Tame Impala is
  21. Was having a look last week at possible second half of the season trips. Really attracted to Hajduk v Dinamo in March and Mostar derby in late May.
  22. Surprised not more noise about Harborough making 4th Qualifying Round - easy saw off Peterborough Sports. I think it's 2pm on Talksport the draw. Quorn struggled with Enfield and game was abandoned, thankfully keeper is all good. Sounds like a bad incident - three players injured with the concern over the keeper enough to call it.
  23. Competitiveness on show in Serie A last night as Milan beat Napoli 2-1. Top six currently will all fancy it.
  24. Cos there are. They give the Old Firm three sides and both the Edinburgh clubs travel there well cos it's very easy to get to on the train.
  25. That Ipswich goal had consequences still standing - people started to believe Soumare could play
