I’d encourage anyone to read about Cardiff’s woes and the difficulties that their fan groups are having in any conversations. I am not attempting to be clickbait but I think there’s a clear disconnect between South East Asia businessmen and the realities of Western business with the uniqueness of football. I can think of four clubs, possibly five, all of them with wretched fan relations and owners who think they know best, won’t consult people. There’s a whole opinion about American ownerships but the one thing you can say about that outside of the Glazers is they do rate the need for football knowledge in the back room

Unsure with AP again. They could do with going outside the same old names. Manager with zero experience. But maybe a load of expectation off them will help.

Have to target beating those eastern teams etc and the non midland teams, notable player drop off in them. Speaks volumes for their achievement when you think Worcester’s budget (promoted via the playoffs) will be numerous times larger

Without sounding silly, probably need to win 3 more to get promotion?

Retrospective it shouldnt be a surprise, I can’t remember who spot it on here but someone people how Sheff You press with a front four but their midfield is so far off that you can take advantage. I suppose you could argue both goals represented that -
What type of football do people want to watch?
CosbehFox replied to Sly's topic in Leicester City Forum
Wingers are the most brilliant players to watch. Give them a structure which allows them to run at people and get the fans going. Win second ball. Strong in the tackle. Use the ball well. Take advantage of other teams weaknesses (I see so many teams stay in their same pattern every time despite opposition having weakness) -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Likely off as well - two managerial jobs linked -
Man U & Tottenham having bad seasons isn’t a sign of this. The top four was the same names. And Villa and Newcastle fell into the sort of position you’d expect. For the hype, it’s ended up as the same story as the norm
-
it’s a point I’ve considered but! If there’s any realisation of a points deduction, then this argument is a moot point. Take advantage that we may have two years to shape the squad and any promotion. That’s not without concerns that Martin is a poor manager of defensive shape.
-
What makes it worse is I know @Ric Flair spoke with some journalists around it and they often told him that the reason there’s no real heat on this sort of thing is because the leagues and the media are so reliant on them. They won’t cut ties because of self interest
-
You are right. It’s King Powers definition of a long term plan but it’s so incorrect that anyone can spot it. There’s no way that any promoted team is going to the Premier League and staying up playing Man City type football. The said style is being found at the top of the game. Teams like Spain and PSG have killed it recently

Good to see we’ve got some teeth.
