Marti Cifuentes - Style of Play, Tactics and Analysis

technically, we don't yet know what his system relies on as we've barely seen it in action.... I do think what @Paninistickers said above is a fair point though. Lots of Championship Managers would love to have a combination of Ayew, Daka and Evans to choose from as their striking options. We've been spoilt for so long with Vardy who was without doubt a world class striker.... everything is going to feel poor in comparison. could be worse, we could still have kelechi as our main option.... and look at what he did last year in the championship. -

anyone got any knowledge of the Cavapoo Temprement? We are torn between a Cavapoo and a Cavalier King Charles to add to the family... I grew up with Dogs, but this will be our first Dog as adults.... we do have two cats so any insight would be useful.

oh absolutely, it's even more competitive for commercial insurance. Brokers are coming in with some crazy rates which won't be sustained. Underwriters all have targets to hit in terms of "business written" so they are under-pricing the risks to secure the business and hoping that the loss ratio isn't too painful.
-
we are in a "soft market" for insurance, so if you have a clean claims history, businesses will be clamouring for your custom. lots of undercutting and ridiculous pricing happening in the market. mainly unprofitable, so expect premiums to raise a bit next year. We typically follow the US market and it's started to harden again in the US, so this time next year will see prices going up again a little.

or maybe...just maybe.... Vardy was the better option.... something we would all agree on. Daka is and was always on a hiding to nothing. He was never going to surpass our greatest ever striker, on the pitch or in the fans minds. but Vardy is now gone. Daka is potentially the one holding the starting position. Until we sign someone to replace him, or someone steps up and keeps him out of the team, then as a fan base, he should get our support.

I think Tyson in his pomp and Ali trouble him.... Outside of that.... I'm not as sure. Ali beat Liston, Frazier and foreman with a style not entirely dissimilar to Usyk. Holmes was all about the jab and I'm not sure he would get into a rhythm against Usyk. Maybe Lewis troubles him too..... But I see Lewis as a better version of Joshua and usyks beat him twice.... As you say, all about opinions and I'm sure people would argue against my rationale above.
-
I think he sits right at the very top of them... or at least in the Top 3 of all time... In reality, Usyk is the same size as the heavyweights of previous generations... and I think he outworks and outsmarts most of them. the only route that any of the current crop have is to knock him out and he just doesn't get tagged that much because he is so clever. I noticed on saturday that he regularly just gave DDD a tap as dubois was setting to throw. no power in the shot, just set them off balance. going into the fight, I only gave dubois a punchers chance... but did he even really land? has anyone PROPERLY landed on Usyk? he's never looked troubled.

I think realistically, we need to accept that we aren't going to have a main striker hitting double figures. Our goals are going to come from elsewhere. Having had the luxury of vardy for so long, it's going to take us time to adjust as a fan base. Every striker we ever sign is going to look crap in comparison. -
part of our honeymoon was Montreal, Algonquin and Toronto. Beautiful places and loads to do!

yeah, BUT, other than THAT... what's he ever done???!!
-
like he's from Hull??
-
no.... but I presume they will have to leave at SOME point!

someone needs to stake out the marriot.
-
are they better at it than Daka??

anyone else playing avowed? I'm enjoying it so far! I do like an RPG type game though. In fact, it's mostly all that I play.

that, the cost of labour, the proliferation of injury claims, the need for a hire car, it all feeds in. Most insurers don't actually make a profit on the premiums themselves, or at least a very very small margin. They make money on investing those premiums and getting returns. if it's a challenging investment landscape they will also have to raise premiums to keep the business liquid if investment returns are poor. Blame the regulators lol.

it's all those poor farmers mate. they love them.

Just bought myself a Defender. Can't wait to pick it up and take it for a spin.

Rodgers has a track record of joining clubs with strong squads and making them worse. I'm relatively sure that he has never signed a player that a club has then sold for more money than they were signed. Tells you everything you need to know.

The SPS agreement is a big deal in terms of ease of export for farmers and fishermen. For them, that will absolutely be a tangible benefit.

Oh well that's ok, because the magic beans turned into a beanstalk which allowed jack climb it and access untold riches. Perfect.
