  1. There is. He is currently managing Everton though.
  2. The one saving grace is that an Everton wins puts spurs only once place above us in the table.
  3. Well that's a depressing line up.... But we have a depressing squad. It's very telling that you look at the bench and immediately think "even the subs won't make a difference.". What a mess.
  4. I said at the time and when we appointed cooper, that I would have moved heaven and earth to get Moyes in. Lots of people scoffed at me at the time. Now, those people may well prove to be right, but it will be interesting to see how he does at Everton. A team virtually everyone on here has said is dog muck and circling the drain for years. If he moves them away from all of that, then it's a missed opportunity for us. @Tommy G is absolutely right, the RVN appointment is a roll of the dice and it's the type of decision that the board of our club will make because in their eyes "the last roll.of the dice" worked with Maresca. Here's the thing.... Marescas style of play, with this squad, in the premier league, wouldn't have worked. We would have been trounced. I hope it works out for RVN, but I said at the time, that my concern was that he was used to managing teams who had more resources than the competition and better players. I'm not sure he knows how to polish a turd and make us win ugly. But I'll continue to back him, as this squad is weak enough in the PL to make anyone look poor...
  5. The second goal was on mavididi. Absolutely zero effort to get to Traore when kristianson had to come inside to pick up an attacker. He was practically walking back. it's that kind of lapse attitude that sees us go down. Every single player, needs a willingness to fight for every second of the game, be switched on, do the basics first
  6. I swear 2024/2025 soumare is about 10 yards quicker than the previous versions!
  7. Football insider have used that exact phrase.
  8. We are at least fighting in games and you have to firstly earn the right to be in the game. I didn't really see this at all under cooper. Let's hope that we start to see a turn of results before long.
  9. This is very "tin foil hat" conspiracy as a take.
  10. And did it all in 23 fights!
  11. Allen comfortably won that. That's an absolute joke of a scorecard from the judges!!!
  12. I think you'll find we can.
  13. you are all basically listing my old Business Development List from when I was in Agency Recruitment. You've missed Davidson Homes though which is Headquartered in Ibstock.
  14. Playing is a loose term.
  15. You can't blame ward for those two goals, but it's absolutely comedy timing considering everyone's view on him.
  16. Went through something similar in my 20's, which effectively stopped my footballing in it's tracks. Had spinal surgery and an 18 month recovery. Wishing Big Nige all the best.. if anyone deserves to come through this kind of thing, it's him.
  17. Last two games is 4 points gained against what we would have got with cooper. Great start for RVN.
  18. What on earth is wrong with us, how have we NEVER voted for vardy??!?! 🤣🤣🤣
  19. yeah.... but OTHER than that.....
  20. ALWAYS knew Daka was class. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
  21. Genuinely nervous about this. His track record at PSV was solid enough, but they are one of the biggest teams in the league, same as the squad at utd. His win record at Jong PSV in a team that historically finishes low in the table was average at best.... We will see how it plays out. Id have preferred a safe pair of hands whilst we establish, but let's get behind him and team and see where it takes us!
  22. i'm torn on this though........... she messed up 10 years ago..... it's a spent conviction which was declared to Starmer.... i'm assuming there is no room for "rehabilitation" in this sense? it's a fairly minor infraction in the grand scheme of things... especially compared to the last lot. Bridgen was found to have lied in a court of law and didn't resign.
  23. which would be a fair point if Potter hadn't been managing Ostersund who had an average attendance of 783 when he took over. I'm not sure the 4th Tier of Norwegian football is any more "unkind" on Stats. My personal opinion, is that Potter did well at Brighton, getting them promoted, and he became fashionable because of that. Let's not forget, Brighton are primed to succeed with the scouting they do, finding hidden gems. I'm not sure he'd have the same success here. It's another reason I'd prefer Moyes for now... he has a track record of making teams win ugly with average players. is that what we all want as Leicester fans? Probably not.... BUT in my opinion, it's more likely to keep us in the league and allow us to stabilise and build.
  24. The Stats of the leading candidates for those who are keen to analyse - David Moyes Graham Potter RVN I'm sure we will all employ some mental gymnastics to as to who we prefer and why.... I still find it relatively hard to see past Moyes, given his stats over a long career.... Potter gives Steve Cooper Vibes.... Look at Coopers Stats below.... his Swansea and Forest Win Percentage is better than Potters at Swansea and Brighton.... his overall career stats are better than Potter as well....
  25. Mark Robins for one.
