Marti Cifuentes appointed new manager

Gave a load of rubbish about he wanted to play attacking football and press hard and fast. Still waiting to see all of that. Just for all of that I've lost patience with him. -

Everyone seemed really pleased that we had signed him to be our manager. Coming out and saying he will be more attacking and playing differently to how he wanted QPR to play. For me he's a good mid to lower table manager. I don't think he was our first choice, maybe not even second or third. It may have been just what we could have got. But I don't think, and never have, that he is the right man for us -
You tell the Barca fans that when Messi strolls around the pitch walking at a slow pace
-
No one really knows if we were in for him or not. Wouldn't surprise me if we were and he choose Rangers instead. I doubt Cifuentes was our first choice though. Doubt he was even second tbh
-
I don't think you can class what was asked of him as unreasonable

If he doesn't want to play for the club anymore and throwing his toys out........good riddance to him. He is a good player but by no means the finished article and could have learnt alot for a season in the championship -
Kasey McAteer sold to Ipswich - Official

Shame to lose him but he wasn't good enough and doesn't look like he's going to be a premiership footballer. He will have a good career in the Championship -
Seems his celebration against Sheff Wed back fired on him at the weekend. You can't have a go at the fans for scoring a goal and then back to your usual playing self the week after. Tool!
-
We can't deal with the work shy, moody and entitled players we already have at the club without adding more to the mix
-
Forget everyone else, we need a striker. Fast paced, hungry to succeed and knows where the goal is. If all we bought was a good striker this window I would be pleased
-
Awful penalties once again, mostly due to this ridiculous, modern, doing an entire morris dance when running up to take a penalty nonsense.
-
What does the manager see in him?
-
He's just not good enough. If he was he would be at least on the bench. We have Monga and Nelson coming through from that age group. Sell now to help with FSP
-
Soumare needs to go Daka needs to go Mcateer needs to go Choudhury needs to go Skipp needs to go

Got to give the manager a slight benefit of the doubt because he's not been here that long. But the players should have done better, mich better. -
Just not good enough. Poor on the pitch and poor with penalties.
-
Should have sold him when we had the chance

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
blue army 1988 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
There's always a handful who want a player to run around like a headless chicken. Dates back to the days of Ian Hulme. For some, a player can run around like mad for 75 - 80 minutes and they have had a good game -
Yes but it wasn't that Bruno Fernandes He's a youth player for Shef Wed

Ex Players - They used to play for us
blue army 1988 replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
With that thinking.....Patson Daka has played over 200 club games. Still doesn't make me entirely convinced he's a football player though. -

GON and Wilder are such underwhelming appointments. When Rohl was linked, I'll be honest, a slight glimmer of hope game back to me regarding this club. A young, up and coming manager who did well with what he had at a club that was odds on to be relegated. But now we're more linked with serial sackees of GON and Wilder. Wilder has probably done slightly better than GON in my opinion but not enough to get excited about their appointment
