  1. Hopefully, KDH is fit, I think Mcateer will play the 8 role with Albrighton on the right wing. If KDH doesn't make it I think Yunus will feature. Can't see Enzo relying on Praet.
  2. Anything about Victor Kristiansen?
  3. We could sing "Sensi's working overtime" XTC
  4. There are different rules for Liverpool.
  5. Ref watch is the best comedy program on TV.
  6. If we bring players I'm not sure we'll see Braybrrok or Alves, it seems difficult to get a place in the squad.
  7. Yeah, I'm not sure the resting of some players did us any good.
  8. I'm surprised there hasn't been much mentioned about the handball at 41 minutes not being given. KDH shot from outside the penalty area and it clearly hit Kitching's hand which was away from his body. It looked like the shot was on target so if you don't give handball for that, what do you give it for?
  9. Linking up play is all well and good but if you watched the Arsenal game yesterday, you also need someone who can put the ball in the net. I'd bet Cannon outscores Piroe in minutes/games. Personally. I think Daka coming into the team made a massive difference because teams couldn't 100% press us, They also had to worry about the ball over the top. This then gave us more space, almost a double benefit. Early days but Cannon looks like a cross between our 3 other stikers with some of the best bits of all of them. I think this will make our system even more difficult to stop.
  10. yeah, a mid-table team like Man U, Newcastle or Chelsea would be a nice test.
  11. A very good point but I didn't think he would be good enough to do it in the championship and he's one of the best.
  12. My biggest worry with Keith Stroud's "performance" was Top would run on at the end and punch him.
  13. Rafiu Durosinmi could be a very decent addition if Daka was to leave. It was suggested in November that he'd only be out for another month! Looks like Wolves, Brighton and particularly Eintracht Frankfurt are interested though.
  14. I would have thought someone like Giroud would be ideal. Can you use your scouting skills to find a younger unknown version?
  15. Thanks, I misunderstood the general play bit.
  16. It's not going to happen with this system. The way we play, the wingers and 8's are just as, if not more likely to get the scoring opportunities. Not necessarily a bad thing as you don't rely on a single-goal scorer. Personally, I'm enjoying the football and find the tactics and methods fascinating.
  17. That's the bit I don't understand, If you attack quickly your defenders are still in their defensive positions? Looking at the Winks breakaway goal, If Iheanachos' pass to KDH had been intercepted, the defence couldn't have been better placed. If KDH had somehow been tackled after getting into the opponent's half, we were still in a good defence position?
  18. To be honest the people I hear moan wouldn't understand it. They'd just think he'd dropped his Smarties on the table
  19. Even Spurs fans were joking they thought they'd paid us the £8m mentioned to take him.
  20. I'm really enjoying this season and what Enzo has managed over a short time. I wasn't a fan of the type of game we used to play. Mark Albrighton putting 20 crosses in the box for the keeper to claim 5 and the other 15 to be headed away by the defence. The goal kick pumped down the field for their defenders to head it back and then a game of head tennis which we usually lost only to try to win the ball back. I'm lucky enough to still be able to play and I hate seeing someone aimlessly kick the ball forward. I would absolutely love to play in this Leicester team
  21. On my last visit, we lost 7.1
  22. Yes, and I think we miss a left-footer to play in the Doyle roll. With him out for a while and only on loan I think we will look to strengthen there in Jan.
  23. Even if you intend to predominantly play out from the back it's important to play a few long balls. Even if it achieves nothing, it makes the opposition aware that you might do it and they have to adjust accordingly. For a time I played in the left wing, although I favoured my right foot to cut inside. An older coach watched me and told me, Next game, the first time you get the ball run at the full back go outside and cross it with your left foot. It doesn't matter if you don't do it again but the defender will always wonder and will have to play accordingly.
  24. That 's the way I remember it
