Going to take some flack here, but he was poor. On another day we could've conceded a good few from the myriad of times he gave the ball away, and I don't think he offered much going forward. The difference between him and KDH was night and day. Still early days, but I'm not seeing promising signs from him.

Honestly - I'd already explained the rule to someone else over in a different thread 20 minutes ago . I just figured it'd be funny to ask why we hadn't made our subs after you'd already explained it twice. But I enjoyed your responses so much, I just figured I'd run with it

I'm not defending Rodgers. All I'm saying is anyone that's thinking "Rodgers has deliberately chosen Bertrand to take a pen over Vardy, our regular penalty taker" isn't thinking rationally.

Vardy clearly must be injured. Rodgers clearly doesn't want to choose Bertrand to take a pen over him. I know this is shit, but I wish people would use their common sense here.

It's posts like this that make me despair of humanity. I have no idea why any sane person would think is a good idea and would want to endure this all over again; it was absolutely awful first time round, and its certainly not going to be better second time. Personally, I don't think my mental health could cope. Admittedly, the first few seasons were great, but 7 and 8? Diabolical.

All he's saying is that it's much more likely for vaccinated people to be in hospital, as nearly everyone is vaccinated. If (roughly) 95% of the population are vaccinated, and 5% are unvaccinated, then hospitals should also show a split of 95% (vaccinated) / 5% (unvaccinated). So lets say the split in hospital admissions actually show 66% (vaccinated) and 33% (unvaccinated). If you're an idiot, you will think "ha, more vaccinated people are in hospital". If you're not an idiot, you will think "only 5% of the population are unvaccinated, but 33% third of hospital admissions are unvaccinated? Shit, I better get my vaccine". Otherwise, it'd be like saying "most people in hospitals are non-smokers" and coming to the conclusion that smoking must be healthy, rather than the fact that it's just because most people don't smoke.

Yeah, I understand the logic. Why, only the other day I got quite a nasty deep cut. But I thought, well, I probably have less than 1% chance of dying from blood loss. But if I don't put a bandage on it, I have a 100% chance of not dying from bandage allergies. I know where I stand.
