  1. Has the player got confused that Iverson is Daniel rather than Danny Ward, who is known as Flapper
  2. Not sure Maddison actually pulled out of the squad - wasn’t he sent home as he had a heavy cold and England wanted him away from the players ?
  3. Just imagine us never crossing the ball in open play if Souttar is up front 🤣
  4. If and I mean IF Bodgers does this and Souttar scores I will be very happy BUT will also be sickened by the media who will react with utterly cringeworthy reporting of how an “elite” manager is able to develop alternative tactics to keep the club up even though the club has only plunged to where it is because of the truly disastrous signings he has made, stubborn decisions to play people not good enough to carry out his way of playing, shocking substitutions AND HAS been doing all of the above for the best part of two seasons. 😤
  5. BR - “he’s playing, it’s just a flesh wound”
  6. Them……………is that a new gender pub name ?
  7. The common denominator with all the players at the club that started well for us over the last 3 years like Soyuncu is that once the glinting toothed charlatan coach spots someone who has talent he thinks “ I can improve this guy even further because I truly am one of the worlds greatest coaches “ and guess what, they regress and all the attacking endeavour and flair disappears until we see the shell of a footballer with no confidence or belief. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
  8. Only if we are lucky
  9. Brendan would bench him for being too flamboyant. BR would probably have Soumaré ahead of him
  10. Might be better than having to watch the shower of shit performances that we are serving up, mind you, be prepared for a friend to no longer be a friend if you put them through 95 minutes of crap football
  11. Apart from Bodgers 😤😤😤
  12. He’s waiting to explain the loss with something like “ you know we need players out on the pitch not getting injured out on the training ground, the attitude just has to be better, ****ing tufts wumps”
  13. Bloody hell Viktor that opinion is a bit revealing, you’ve only just joined from Copenhagen and you’re posting stuff like that on a forum.
  14. Lovely man. I had 10 minutes talking with him on the afternoon before the away game at Burnley in the great escape season. The players and management were gathering to get on the coach and I had just picked up my tickets for the Burnley match when I bumped in to him. I had a photo with him and then just chatted about taking my 87 year old Dad ( now gone) and my nephew who was over from Paris to the game at Turf Moor and he spoke about the value of family etc and then said they would win for my Dad who had been going to City since 1946. No need for him to give me his time but he did, absolute legend of a man and not a bad manager either.
  15. My fences were done with the Cuprinol Ducksback 3 years ago and probably need to do them again in about 6 months as just starting to fade colour wise. I used a mid grey colour which looks great but don’t know if still in the colour range
  16. Judging by his god awful performance on Sunday, yet again, if Soumare plays then Arsenal will playing against ten men. I still have no idea what he brings to the team
  17. I think that the right view would be that if Barnes was offside then so was Rashford (and vice versa) and what that means is that on far too many occasions VAR is essentially no better than when only the on field officials ran a game.
  18. Mike still goes to games at the KP. Had a number of chats with him in the Keith Weller lounge. He’s not a fan of VAR that’s for sure.
  19. Definitely go and see the Royal Yacht Brittania at Leith (about 10/15 minutes on the bus from Princes Street). Book your tickets, found it really good. The Dome is a must visit for a good cocktail. Great place. You will find a pub to watch the footy in the Grassmarket area, take your pick
  20. The full London production of The Lion King is on at Birmingham Hippodrome in the autumn this year. We are going on 2nd September so all the dates are obviously around that time. Don’t know what the ticket situation is at the mo but have a look and Birmingham centre is great for drinks/food before or after.
  21. Go to the theatre a lot and see a real mix of things Since last summer we’ve been to Frozen - with the granddaughters 🙂 it cost a fortune but they loved it The Glass Menagerie - Amy Adams Les Miserables - latest production was superb The Nutcracker - Royal Opera House, wife’s treat as she loves the ballet Tomorrow night we are going to see Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty at Birmingham Hippodrome (more ballet) Love live theatre, musicals and ballet as you, hopefully, see artists performing at their very best
  22. Was Brendan having to use one of those lower level urinals normally put in for young kids ? 🙂
  23. Kennedy Space Center is a fantastic day out and well worth the drive over. The kids might like Cocoa Beach just a couple of miles up the road. I planned a visit to watch a space shuttle launch which was stunning to see…. Might be worth checking to see if any rockets are being launched when you are in Florida and plan a trip to see a launch and do a space center tour too.
  24. He will only be allowed to ask for parole in 30 years time and there is little chance of him ever being released even though he’ll be 78 years old at that point. Very likely that as an ex copper and multiple rapist he will be unlikely to get through a 30 year prison sentence without someone getting to him and ending any chance of him ever being able to appear before a parole board
