  1. Good way of potentially adding an even more il-equipped team into the prem for some whipping,
  2. Yellow at best from what I could see? Foots low isn’t it? Just a standard mistimed tackle
  3. I saw plenty of posters on here suggesting him for us
  4. Johal is doing what I do on footy manager when I take over a Lowe league club, just sign any player with links to us muskwe, paniyoytou, eppiah, sesay and now George Thomas. all solid signings for that level tbf
  5. Both scared of dogs
  6. They normally get posted on Spotify. That’s where I listen back
  7. I think it would be unusual. The fact 2 long serving players have gone to his club, indicates that they probably were happy working with him.
  8. Just a jest around @Ric Flair’s obsession with the market
  9. Let’s see who travels at the weekend. But I’m going to put my hat on it that bar a few injuries, aluko wont be.
  10. Thought it was weird we’d entered into a multi-club ownership model of obscure teams from Scandinavia but all makes sense now.
  11. It’s because Evan’s is next in line for the bench id imagine. So they don’t want him tired or getting a knock, just in case we need him. I agree it’s pointless not to play him though, he could do both without any issue
  12. He’s in that awkward limbo, where he’s needed for training and emergency situations but has very little chance of playing for us. Alves found himself in the same spot last season, it’s such a waste of development.
  13. Turkish Fes" refers to the fez hat or did you hear them say OMFG not Faes
  14. I thought Brighton fans think verbruggen is muck?
  15. bang on. can’t think of a single situation where there isn’t a clearly defined number 1, where both keepers perform to the best of their ability. if a manager creates any doubt for a keeper that usually ends in tears. hopefully he’s coming here fully expecting to be a back up and he’s comfortable with that.
  16. I hate Brendan so much. I want nothing but failure for him, but then the troll brings kasper and nacho to Celtic. And Martin goes to rangers. I just have to ignore Scottish football as there’s no way to be happy with results. the fact that both have gone to Celtic however, again raises the question about whether Brendan is as much of the villain as it seems
  17. Makes me so mad when someone like Archie gray goes to cb just because he’s got a reputation. He’s far from a cb, so why block someone who actually plays there.
  18. Poch when he sees his team defending
  19. One was a footballing decision while the others were due to our hands being financially tied because of the failings of Rudkin. Pretty obvious that this was the case with what came out with our psr situation after the fact
  20. The harsh reality is, no matter how good he is, we won’t be able to get more than that, even if we all know he’s a 50m player
  21. cb has always been the hardest position to break into as youngster, if the manager isn’t convinced their ready, they won’t risk a game on it. if page is a bit sloppy, you can take him off without a lot of damage done. but if your cb makes mistakes, it could be game over. The huddesfield game would have spooked the manager and i’m sure he will integrate him when we are more in our groove. but for now, the club needed to get back to winning habits
  22. got dortmund written all over him really doesnt he?
  23. I felt like last time, other than the coady signing we turned a corner. It felt like we got our reset and had something to build from. The problem, was that when we got promoted all the bad habits were back. I fail to see a different reality if we return. The only real approach for me if we do get promoted, would be to focus on building for the future and sustainable growth. if we don’t survive, we just need to be in a stronger position until we can click it all together. this is a tough viewpoint because it involves patience that I’ve not seen from the club.
  24. Wasn’t you specifically, but can already see that mindset seep in from people. and once people latch on to that stuff. I just think that he wouldn’t be saying it about top players, he wouldn’t be thinking that about someone like vardy. But we had players like coady, winks, faes and vesty who all did what they want around seagrave and one thing ruud did well was call a spade a spade. Why would that be a positive work space? If you had to go in and see those dossers acting like that whilst the team gets pummeled every week would you like it? I’d expect any motivated pro to be wanting away from that. They may have been terrible at Cardiff but if they were all trying their best and you were working for each other you’d naturally have a better time.
  25. Says more about us than him. How can we criticize that opinion when it’s one all the fans share. The club was in a toxic state last season and we all know that we have these inflated egos on crap. Why would we criticize a lad who loves the club, for thinking that what’s been going on isn’t great, if we all think that as well?!
