In a parallel universe he’s scoring that as the winner for us in the sheff w game. First game as a striker for them and he bags. Been compared to rooney in how he doesn’t shy away from the physical side. Got the winger ability to glide past players. Cant help but think he was the most ready for the fist team of the youth we’ve got and yet he got the least opportunities.

I’ll give you an example and it will only happen… we will over pay Lyon dykes and he will come in as our marquee striker and will do absolutely nothing

It doesn’t matter because we will continue the same trend we will sign players that aren’t good enough for the championship and need to drop down and will then discover they aren’t any good in the level below one year older either.

Again, a coach can set the foundations to get you in the positions…. Not the quality to put them away. From the managers set up, we really should have put away the last 3 teams. I don’t think he’s been the issue

Last time we got relegated to league 1 the real moment we realised we were down was losing to Sheffield Wednesday… I guess history is repeating itself

I hate to say it but page didn’t earn the spot. Unfortunately none of our youngsters have done enough when the opportunities have come. If we were safe of course you’d want page getting minutes but given our situation I do think it’s too big of a gamble. We’ve wasted a year for these lads tbh because a lower league 1 team would have provided good minutes and they’d be ready for next year. At this stage they still need a lot of work

Interesting, I felt like he was overly hesitant all game. The first few games he would pass or shoot almost instantly. It just seemed like maybe he was either feeling the pressure or just a bit of self doubt crept in. Hopefully not the case

Thanks to some favourable results we are still very this and every point will be important even if we should be winning. The fact we ‘should’ have won against Watford and Preston is at least encouraging. Win against sheff w and Pompey and those couple of points put us in a healthy spot. Everyone useless except daka. Brain dead decisions all game again. Nobody wants to shoot when the ball lands in the penalty box yet hit everything that we all know they have no chance of scoring. Absolutely shameful from so many.

He’s not really the guy to be having a pop at, but it does frustrate me that fatawu try’s to smash everything. He is so often in positions where a controlled finish will go in and he just seems to want to leather absolutely everything

Whilst you’re right in what you say, I’m not worried about him missing the that one… I’m worried we lose him for the rest of the season. id be quite happy to do winks and skip for the next 2 if it meant a fit JJ for the remainder of the season. Putting it simply our medical team need to play a blinder and let’s hope it’s not like Ramsey

Every time I’ve felt positive, we disappoint. I was so sure we would beat qpr and it was the limpest performance of the season.
