  2. Tell you what this team can really play football!!! Genuinely under rated. But it would be nice if Brentford could play against an actual football team
  3. right now, i care for this club about as much as elon musk cares for his kids
  4. Start the rebuild now, bring in rohl if he’s daft enough to take it and start preparing for next year.
  5. Got to go for it. We are running out of games where points are possible we have to see this one, as a game we can get a result in. I just want to see some effort and some thought to the game plan. If we don’t win tonight, I go from 95% sure we’re are down to 100%. Brentford are firmly a team that are very good but beatable.
  6. As someone who lives in Canada it’s hard to take your eyes off of America right now. It’s beyond madness that he can brazenly side with Russia and still not lose support. When he started all the talk about wanting Canada, I think people expected the whole of Canada to unite against it. But the Canadians that were trump supporters whom I fully expected to be just as insulted, all seem to go along with it. I think those that are already hypnotized by him are not going to ever change their minds. I still don’t fully believe things are as they seem and that the online pr campaign paints a different picture to the support in reality. But it shows how easily some people can be influenced online. Some of the nicest Canadians I know have been sucked in and embrace him without any logic behind it. The only reasons I’ve ever heard are pointing fingers at the other side, rather than ever actually defending him. The world is crumbling and is going to be picked apart one nation at a time
  7. Deflecting instead of reflecting as per
  8. With each passing day I find myself more and more convinced that this family made a deal with the Thai devil for our title win
  9. Miguel Vítor is the captain of Israel
  10. Narrow 433 for me Mads woyo. Okoli. Faes. VK (Have to go with our quickest for brentford) Wilf. Winks Soumare Facundu. Bilal Daka It’s hard to pick something based on what we’ve got right now but my thinking is that brentford are very strong on the counter. so to balance us against that, when we have the ball I’d push woyo and vk forwards for the width but have wilf and winks drop back to keep enough coverage. I think you’d be naive to not leave 4 back against them when you’re as bad as us and the away game showed how lethal they are, when you give the ball away. The dms essentially get the ball to soumare who transitions it to the front 3 who we just let do their thing. This would be my approach even if it’s a little boring. But brentford want you to be overly adventurous
  11. He’s got a touch of the linker about him, in that he is probably a bit too nice to actually make a good manager. But great news that he’s involved
  12. I’d be interested to see how Richard Kone develops. 21, 16 goals this season. Doubt he’s the type we’d target but aid imagine you’d get him for a relatively small fee. Honestly can’t say I’ve watched enough to know if he can make it but definitely promising profile
  13. This is the sort of treatment that should be highlighted during a protest. As funny as it is to bash Rudkin, the club would be far more embarrassed by a van highlighting that they treat sick fans like that
  14. I know someone that I can reach out to. If you’re on here send me a private message please
  15. Honestly beyond appalling how bad it’s become. Surely a message to the right people and not the genetic ticket service gets this resolved? Is Jim still at the club?
  16. You’re not wrong and when they start gaining a reputation the sharks will always circle but it’s similar to a player having a good YouTube reel. Unless they actually go and scout full games the risk is substantially lowered. If a club watching him everyday start to acknowledge they are better than established pros they have on the books, that’s giving clubs a firm benchmark to their level. It’s also basically giving the world a free scouting opportunity. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if the reason the club stopped showing live games for the youth was because of this extra exposure. I’m not naive in that I think that clubs aren’t aware of their existence but it’s that element of unknown knowledge of their full ability , that can protect you. I’d just feel more comfortable giving them opportunities like this , when we can’t be taken advantage of
  17. each player you mention had contracts signed. they were tied. even Jude Bellingham had a pre signed deal that would activate when he turned 17. Which they both knew he probably wouldn’t ever use. You can’t parade around what’s essentially a free agent unless you genuinely need them on the pitch. It would be great for Evan’s to be integrated but unless he’s going to be starting every game we’d be naive to do so without a contract. There’s a difference to knowing someone could be special and then showcasing exactly where they are at. There’s still an element of unknown quantity but if you bring him on for 5 minutes in the prem and he looks at home, you’ll attract far more suitors. That Brighton game put Tavares completely in the shop window, he may have left anyway but that didn’t benefit us at all.
  18. Problem with sticking him on the bench at this age is that he will just get poached. We are in a really tricky situation with a few of these gems right now. until we can get them locked down we probably need to just keep them in the development squads. One decent cameo and you guarantee you lose them. That’s exactly what happened to Fulham with Harvey Elliott they had the opportunity to get him involved with the first team and Liverpool snatched him for a pittance at tribunal. Bring it up to any Fulham fan if you want to see them get angry and they don’t often Edit* 1.5m is what they got. absolutely shameful, they’ll sell him now for at least 15m as a worst case scenario, if he doesn’t make it. There’s no justice in it at all.
  19. I’m ordinarily optimistic or at the worst hopeful. I’m neither this season. it’s been over all along and I’m not sure there’s ever been a moment where I’ve felt we might do it. I had a moment early on where I thought we had a pretty decent side (attacking wise) but poor manager was still hindering us. And it’s never really improved. We’ve consistently been imbalanced. we’ve not been able to play our best team at the same time and quite simply the defense is far from good enough. Even with a little hope from the weekend (woyo and okoli) is crashed back to reality when faes takes one of his naps. If you were anyone neutral you’d consider us the 2nd worst team in the league and that’s where we will more than likely land.
  20. Football is good example of of why politics is the way it is in USA. The majority support their political partys like football teams and will excuse anything as it’s for “their club”. It’s a shameful time to be alive when you consider what people will accept and years of fine tuning what people see on the internet has achieved full on cult control. Arsenal fans will accept a rapist because he’s “their rapist”, Man U fans fuming because their woman abuser was sold… the moral integrity of society is being held on by a thread. *****ng hell I’m going deep on a Sunday morning… cmon Liverpool go smash some wolves
  21. It’s simply insane that he hasn’t tried to find a way to get bilal and facundo in the same side. Our hope really lies in him playing them both and them both being on form. Tbqh I’d even go as far as playing facundo as a false 9
  22. Wild that we criticized giving him a new deal in hindsight. Clearly levels above what we have in that role
  23. He’s in bad form which happens more often to a possession based player in a side that can’t keep possession. It’s the equivalent of a striker that can’t get service. You’ll always notice it far more with a player like winks but I have faith he can turn it around.
