Sorry, did I make you “cross” I’ve made myself look like a right “monk”.
  2. I don’t enter my shed. It’s full of things that have 8 legs and I don’t want to get bitten again.

Agreed. It’s the domino impact from such things in reality. If you’re already standing around a massive bonfire, you don’t start to put petrol on it. I’d been out of the country largely why this all kicked off and was quite blind to it all. I think I missed the worst of it, however having now seen some of the footage, it would appear it was a convent excuse for people just to smash stuff up.
  4. I’ve no idea what this means, so I when and asked Jeeves. I’m still non the wiser.
  5. Maybe it’s just me that takes me shoes off and walks around in socks then
  6. Oh, so fully agree. One pair of slippers is bad enough. No one needs a second pair.
  7. Christian Eriksen
  8. One is an “influencer”. The other is a relation to a boxer. They were on a show called Love Island. I think this has been on the cards a while. How is this news? Is this just clickbait for the “Gram” generation?
  9. If this does happen, I’m going to abandon any hope of us staying up this season. I know he’s a grafter and is a team work player, however it’s as inspiring as getting a pair of slippers for your birthday.
  10. Will the next manager be soon?
  11. These don’t mean a lot. Sometimes they swap numbers just to generate chatter.
  12. I’m surprised we haven’t settled the Trey Nyoni transfer mess by agreeing a deal for some of Liverpools talent to offset it. To my knowledge that isn’t yet sorted?

Ultimately the local community will know who they are. The reality is naming them could spark more uprisings. At 12 years old you are influenced so much by everyone around you. I’ve seen so many people change once they gain independency from their parents, go to university etc that having a weight around their neck for life isn’t the right way to go. The principles of ASBOs (are they still a thing?) for the younger generation was well thought out but in principle did they work? Put them on a register for local authorities eyes only and deal with the situations as they arise. Locally the overall riots seem to have calmed down now, however it was fuelled by the media as well. You can’t tell me that Hull, Plymouth etc went rioting for any other reason than they saw what was going on in Southport and London on Sky/BBC News and it became a convenient excuse for them to cause anarchy? I still think we should have just use the fire brigade and water cannoned the lot of them once it turned violent. I guess that will upset the group of people that seem those tactics to be heavy handed though

I don’t think she’s handled herself well since the catastrophe that was her PM tenure. obviously that’s my opinion but she’ll be ridiculed for life over that. People remember moments. Tielemans - FA Cup goal Aguerro - That last minute goal to win the league. Truss - Crashing the economy. She did handle it well though. Im not sure what else she does now for work. I wouldn’t employ her!
  16. Cooper might pull Top into midfield.

  18. At this point, he must have spent more of his career injured than available.
  19. It is a cloud hanging over us. Would you want to join a business that had publicly acknowledged it was going to have a bit of a grim time!
  20. They’d be better arguing that the rules are a restriction of sporting competitiveness and to a degree a restriction of trade. Currently it’s not been pushed up to the highest court, so if contested, this could drag on into next season if appealed, upon appeal, upon appeal. It’s like telling two really rich billionaires, what they can / can’t spend their money on. As one has a company that only turns over £1m per year and makes £0, he can only purchased a Ford Fiesta. The other turns over £2b and makes £2,0000,000. So he can buy himself a Bentley. In reality, they’re Billionaires, they can all afford it. The entire rule set isn’t fit for purpose.
  21. They’re might look a bit different after a few washes I’d imagine. I’d expect the authentic kit to stand up a bit better.
  22. About the same as a standard kit. I went for a large and it’s the same size as Adidas large kit I purchased recently to play 6 a side in.
  23. In fairness, it does say you can have whatever name you want.
