  1. My biggest concern is who does he play? We have some very out of form players and others that are just straight up donkeys. I watched some YouTube stuff on his tactics last night and it’s vaguely interesting.
  2. I don’t get the buzz around him either to be honest. If it is him though, I’ll give him 2.5 games before I’ve made my mind up on whether he needs to go or not.
  3. PSG have now taken the lead against Monaco.
  4. So many of us, got this wrong. I hoped for automatics. I expected playoffs. I thought I was being silly when we started to discuss relegation, even after a potential points deduction.
  5. Everyone is still speculating as nothing concrete has happened.
  6. It could go either way, after an extended VAR check
  7. I’m so on the fence with it, which says to me it can’t be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
  8. Wakefield is the biggest I think.
  9. I quite liked the idea of Cambodia flags to be honest. Albeit; I’m not fully clued up so it might be akin to waving a Russian flag for all I know.
  10. We won’t know the state of King Powers finances until the end of April. King Power restructured to make him Chairman rather than CEO. Truth be told, they’ll be a lot of saving face as the POD alluded to as that is culture.
  11. My comments on the forum is in bold. The one aimed at you is underlined.
  12. I’m not sure if it’s lost in translation, however, I think you are a few sandwiches short of a picnic if you think I’m being “sly”. I’ve made about 5 posts and most of them I got a litttle like after I summarised my opinion on Soumare; who they were also looking at. Not sure (or care) if I’m taking seriously or not. Okay few snippets from the Monaco forum translated into English. https://asmforum.net/index.php?/topic/45983-wout-faes/#comments TheGood news is that it is aLoAn and therefore little risk of being fooled. Good season to him —— Overall, Faes' performance is similar to what he did with Reims. Very very strong in aerial duels, quite mobile, leader and boring for opposing attackers. The problem is that he will always be at the limit and lack control. —— ReimsSupporters wonder how they managed to sell him 20ME so much he was lame. For them they pigeoned the English as not possible. Leicester fans hate him to the utmost. No one wants to see him anymore and they don't even understand how a club can be interested in him. The coach doesn't even start him in the lower division. He hasn't played since the end of November. Belgian supporters have given him the title of the greatest Belgian international impostor. Frankly, it's a ****ing sketch. I see all thE supporters crying because we don't recruit but seriously we should not recruit, that we stop this carnage, it's getting worse and worse. The league should prohibit Scuro from recruiting. —— WhenI read the Belgian comments on this player it's really scary... Even the commentators are outraged by his behavior: Https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17uSZHBWVZ/ —— I just sawThe Leicester supporters' forum, they are all taking out the champagneso happy that he left even on loan so much he is catastrophic, we are children of heart on our forum with our players next to them. —— Worst recruit since Malang Sarr. Every time we played Reims, I was happy to see him on the field opposite. Level of shit on all levels and even worse attitude. Even if it means sinking, why not play Kiwa or Nidombe? —— ReassureMe, isn't it a mandatory OA? —— Firsttime a player is welcomed with so much criticism, fear, concern, mockery.. As always, I am in favor of giving the product a chance... If we see the comments in the end it can only be a good surprise... Welcome. —— WhenEnglish and Belgian supporters tell you that he is the worst player they have seen play under their jersey, it clearly inspires nothing good, in addition the DC in Belgium has never been incredible —— FranklyWelcome to him but hey it's clearly not the recruitment that brings back optimism. We are now here with a DS without ideas without networks without desire to do the minimum union, prospect, find players consistent with the style we want to put in place and who bring value to the club. So maybe he wants to find the selection for the World Cup and he will release a beautiful second half of the season but we are in mid-January in a decimated workforce like ours and you only have one recruit. On the right you still have no one, in the middle you are naky and it's not normal, you play a qualification in C1 in the next few weeks without any frame it's crazy anyway. Will Lamine Camara be available against Real? I'm waiting to see the rest of the events and I wish Faes to show us the way but frankly as it is it's not the best signal we expected from a guy who is supposed to have worked since Pocognoli took office to help him hWith a workforce that lives up to Monaco's ambitions. —— NowThat he's there, we'll do with it, if it can prevent Ouattara from playing right back (see play at all) I'm a taker! I admit, when his name came out I was not as catastrophized as the whole forum because I had a positive a priori of his time in Reims, after I no longer saw him play but holder in Belgian international PL+, on paper it's not bad. But I will trust the unanimous criticism about him (unfortunately) and tell me that he can only surprise and that we have at least one pro player if Kerher and/or Dier get injured or take a red, so from the next game —— AfterThat, no one in recent months has seen a game of him, I assume. Leicester supporters dismantle him like us with Tielmans there, he was loved Be careful I'm not saying he's strong but just judging him ourselves. —— YesIt can always be a good surprise, I have seen several timesThat he could be a good defender but his problem is his hugeBalls —— TheDifference is that Tielemans divided. Some did not like him but others believed that his qualities were badly exploited by the dirty person who was on the bench at the time and whose name I would be silent. Faes brought together almost all the supporters of Leicester and the Belgian national team against him. Out of a good hundred comments, I haven't seen a single one regret it. He is dismantled on his qualities but also on his mentality. If to strengthen a workforce of willy pullers and drug addicts, we bring back a demotivated guy (in addition to being bad) strangely I'm not convinced tHat it works. Unless they count on Poco to relaunch him. When a recruit arrives, I avoid getting too inflamed or being too pessimistic but this is really complicated. I would be really happy to be wrong. —— I don'tKnow, I don't judge. WelcomE to him, hoping that he silences all these criticisms. Daghe —— I saw0 matches in Leicester, only in the Belgian national team. I couldn't find him at the inter level but I'll wait for his first games to get an idea. On his presentation in front of journalists --> I think he has a good mentality. He has his head on his shoulders, he knows that Monaco is a dream opportunity for him compared to his current career. He did "extra work" to be available directly for the coach, it changes from the summer PADEL of AnDessous Fatou. He comes to help the team (heKnows that he will play thanks to/because of injuries and that there will be competition afterwards) and find the selection. —— The purchase option would be 8 million according to foot mercato. It is valued at 12 million on transfermarket —— WeAre already in enough shit with our club to have something else to give a damn than managing the groupie of David Luiz de temu. —— WhoeverYou are we don't care, but make an effort when you write, I don't understand anything. And congratulations to faes, the least bad tonight —— IfWe could stop this kind of shitty player after a while... seriously I'm in favor of stopping all recruitment as long as itechllinho is in charge. STOP we will limit the breakage and avoid signing balls that we will carry around for another 4 years behind —— Hi! Leicester supporter here. Reading this, it would seem that you share our frustrations about recruitment. Our arrival, Wout Faes, coincides with our dizzying fall, which explains the lack of enthusiasm of some supporters. To tell the truth, he has talent, but he can go from an excellent match to a catastrophic performance in an instant. I also apologizeFor my rough French. Fortunately, Google Translate is here to help me. From memory, 20 years ago, I know how to say "I live in a house", "order a lot of beers" and "I have a dog". —— Another stroke of genius, injured after two games. —— It smokesMe. It's 10 times better than what we have. Is it the Leicester supporters who are too extreme or are we too nice to Kehrer? (Here we are quite unanimous on German but on Twitter I saw some defend it). Well on the other hand if you want to do your exter to save the goal you do it by tackling eh —— Yeah, it's still not famous. There are things to complain about: the alignment on the Nantes goal, everything about the goal refused for example. On the positive side, he does not hesitate to go to the duel overall, which was missing since Salisu's injury but otherwise, it remains a 3.5 or 4/10 what... And the proBlem is that it's hard to believe that he has a lot more in the socks. —— His reaction time to try to prevent the ball from entering the goal is quiteworrying, the guy is so heavy on his paws —— I agreeWiTh you. Sehr gut match. After the opposition was quite weak. —— ForNow, it's good and it's our best DC. Let's see if it continues like this or not. But yes, clearly, we suspect that its ceiling is not much higher than the German quiche at its side. For now, nothing should lead to the lifting ofThe puRchase optIon. —— DamnIt, some dare to criticize him. Review the last releases of these 2 salami threads that are Dier and Kehrer. I find Faes compared to the disgusting level of the average workforce plus. Thank you Faes. —— Frankly, I don't find him disgusting —— YesBecause the points of comparison next to him... are. —— HeIs there to troubleshoot, if we start buying players like that we will continue to sink —— GoodGame, but mUst be put into perspective. We are in front of Nantes opposite. ——
  13. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/woyo-coulibaly/leistungsdaten/spieler/592975 He’s played RB, LB and RM this season in Italy.
  14. He played against: 26/01 - Tottenham Away - 1 minute No player rating 02/02 - Everton Away - 14 minutes - 3.9 rating in player ratings. 15/02 - Arsenal Home - 47 minutes - 6.8 rating in player ratings. Ndidi was too with 6.9. 21/02 - Brentford Home - 45 minutes - 3.8 rating in player ratings.
  15. And remember when we once linked to Tagliafico, Gosens, Telles …… we then signed Kristiansen and this fella
  16. He looked like a fish out of water when he played from memory. It was questionable when we purchased him. However that said, he made 1 start and 3 subs appearances, totalling 108 minutes. Harsh to make a call on him in that time. However the shot on 43 seconds maybe sums it up
  17. I’d say that Norwich game at home is massive as well. I can’t see us taking anything from Ipswich, Middlesborough, Stoke, Millwall or Hull.
  18. Worryingly! I also saw it this way.
  19. The sale will cover another year of Vestergaard and Reid I’d imagine. Souttar should be a cheat code if he can find the firm he had at Sheffield United pre injury. No way we keep both Kristiansen and Thomas. One of them Needs to go.
  20. We will sell El Khannous and Fatawu. They’ll raise £40m which should stave off the pain of being non compliant next season. We’ll also shift a massive amount off the wage bill when Daka, Ayew, Winks, Begovik, Ricardo, Lascelles, Marçal expire. We won’t sign James. Either way, whatever division we will be in, we are starting from scratch and the reliance will be building a team around the young players. Young players that in reality, whilst technically steady I’d argue are debatably not up to standard currently for the level of football we are competing at.
  21. If King Power had anything about it, they would have jumped on partially funding this. It would have allowed them an avenue into tourism in the UK, whilst also giving them an advantage of establishing better transport links to the stadium and upgraded area they were looking to enhance. It only needed an additional stop adding somewhere with a park a ride, they’d have then had a car park established for the events centre they proposed at the stadium. I guess the major challenge is, return on investment. The Burton to Coalville section is estimated at £100m. Then then the Coalville to Leicester is an additional £270m. You’d likely be looking at a 30+ year return on investment, which will only grow as costs increase. This has and always will be the stumbling block on why this doesn’t get the green light for investment.
  22. I watched the Netflix documentary, having only ever really followed it on the BBC news before. I’m still on the fence, as the evidence presented doesn’t prove beyond reasonable doubt that she was murdering babies. The fact “medical experts” have questioned the accuracy of the data, is somewhat alarming at this stage. The case was submitted to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) last year and I’ve just noticed they’ve put a timeline on their website due to the interest in the case. https://ccrc.gov.uk/news/chairs-statement-on-lucy-letby-application-review/
  23. Okay. We are still manager less and look about as ruder-less as a ship without a captain. 2nd worst defence in the league, but we have scored more around us, largely thanks to Fatawu, Reid and James. We are in effect, 3 points adrift of safety though, as Portsmouth have a few games in hand. We can get ourselves out of this mess but we need to stop actually conceding goals. I think we’ll need to the 50 mark to be safe, albeit with how bad Sheffield Wednesday are and the teams around us are still to play them, then it’s maybe going to be 52ish. We are currently on 32 points with 14 games to go, so we need to find 18 points. Thats an average of 1.28 points per game (PPG). Our current for is 0.2 PPG, so we have work to do. The teams around us in the mix for relegation are likely Sheffield Wednesday, Oxford, Portsmouth, West Brom, Blackburn, Charlton and maybe Norwich. I think we were in this conversation as well, even before the points deduction. Looking at the teams we have left, the remaining fixtures are : Stoke - A Middlesborough - A Norwich - H Ipswich - A Bristol - H QPR - H Watford - A Preston - H Sheffield W - A Swansea - H Portsmouth - A Hull - H Millwall - H Blackburn - A Where are we getting those 18 points then?
  24. The reality is, we are starting to run out of games to get us out of this mess.
  25. Hold on …… I didn’t describe him as a 3.5 or 4 out of 10. You’ve lost your marbles.
